We stayed at the residence side and I must say it is one of the best, if not the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in on all of our travels. Very spacious, clean and NEW!!!
All the staff members were very attentive, especially the manager for the WiFi support was courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel for quality, service and value for the money. Having the 24-hr CU (mini mart) in the 1st floor of the hotel was very convenient.
Special shout out to our housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Just few minor suggestions to the hotel management:
1. Don’t need a calendar, but do need clocks in the living room and the bedroom.
2. Need a trash can in the kitchen/dining table area.
3. Would be good to have a small dish rack, since guests are required to do the dishes
4. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the showers flaps around when closed if the heater or air is on. Needs to somehow stabilize it, it doesn’t make noise trying to sleep.
With just few minor improvements it would be a “perfect” place to stay!

Amazing stay, everything was clean and professional. Great amenities, gym was beyond expectations. Had all the equipment you need for a great workout. Decent location and free parking if you have a car. Highly recommend.

테이블에 덜 닦인 오염물과 바닥에서 발견된 고무줄 등 청소가 조금 아쉬웠지만 모든게 만족스럽습니다.
주변에 아무것도 없어서 디너패키지 이용하면 좋습니다.

금액이 조금 더 저렴하여 더블트리 호텔이 아닌 더블트리 레지던스로 다녀왔는데 주차장에서 방으로 이동하는 동선이 호텔보다 간편해서 좋았습니다. 호텔과 차이라면 방안에 세탁기와 주방이 있어 쇼파자리가 없다는 거 정도고 어차피 부대시설들은 공통으로 이용하기 때문에 나머지는 큰 차이가 없습니다.
요즘 서울시내 호텔 주말 가격이 너무 비싼데 합리적인 가격으로 잘 다녀왔습니다.

一切都挺好的，乾淨衞生，服務人員也很熱情，但是唯一遺憾是入住兩天，第二天把拖鞋和浴巾全都收走了，沒有再補給新的，不知道為什麼！
