MMarsha MarshaHello! I stayed in Seongnam (during the Chuseok holiday) for the first time since it was close to Gachon University [where my friend was located]. I arrived from YNJ/Yánjí, China after a week of exploring border cities. Unbeknownst to me, the motel was located in ”Little Yanji”... OMG, it was like I never left that NE Chinese region. This area does have a Chinatown vibe, but I didn't mind since it reminded me of my great time in China (Yanbian, known as the Third Korea).
First and foremost, the front desk was kind enough to let me check in earlier since I arrived before 10:00 (check-in starts at 14:00). The motel was tidy, provided cold beverages/water in the mini-fridge, the bathroom was huge, the room was very clean, and also had a blackout window. There's also a parking garage if you have a vehicle. If you're taking public transportation, Taepyeong Station is around two blocks away to take the metro/subway.
Note: The room I stayed in was 203 and was as pictured... Nothing was misleading with the advertisement.

DDrew LIt’s so hard trying to find a legit hotel and filter out those love motels that are just everywhere in Korea. This place is clean, professional and the service is great. Front desk will help you navigate taxis, airport transfers etc. Actually.. I don’t know if their English is any good… oh and bring or buy your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash. They have their own but it’s pretty bad.
The hotel is super close to a massive department store which sits above the subway. AK plaza.
Valet parking available(valet is pretty standard in Korea and not a luxury service). Rooftop has a cage for practicing your golf swing. Fully fitted out gym not those paltry 2 running machines and 1 dumbbell ones you find in smaller hotels and free to use laundromat. Breakfast is okay and great if you need food early in the morning. Breakfast options nearby are limited to convenience store food and those egg toast things on the street for W5000.
Will stay here again.

UUtente ospiteÈ un buon hotel, ma il servizio al contorne può essere migliore, così come il servizio della piscina. È consentito solo utilizzare la piscina per ore selezionate e anche se non c'è nessuno là, vi diranno di andarsene.
Ho anche chiesto di prenotare un viaggio di autobus all'aeroporto e ho avuto il peggiore posto. Mi avrebbe potuto chiedere quale posto preferisco.

CCHU YILa mia seconda volta qui per un soggiorno di una settimana e le cose erano migliori di quanto non mi ricordo! Il personale mi ha aiutato proativamente con i miei bagagli e il check-in precoce, il gel da bagno e il condizionatore erano di buona qualità e mi è stato piacere essere assegnato una stanza di fronte alla vista principale di Pangyo ☺️☺️ la mia prima scelta per un viaggio d’affari di soggiorno come il mio ufficio è 30 minuti da qui.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

1. Location is quite good as it is close to Gangnam area.
2. Hotel was clean and cannot complain about it.
3. Front desk staffs were friendly. But if you try to dial them for the extension of the stay, it was so difficult to make a phone call with the front desk. No response in many cases.
There was no bell boy and no concierge service at all. You will have to carry your own bags, no matter how big it is. If you get the room for your business clients, it can be very embarrassing as they do not provide such a concierge service. I hope the hotel management increases the number of employees for the concierge service.

La stanza è ampia e confortevole.
Perché è inverno, il pavimento è caldo con un ondolo.
Penso che alcune persone incontreranno problemi perché il bagno è stupido.
Ci sono molti negozi da mangiare intorno, e la stazione di autobus che guida in città è anche molto vicina,
Anche la metropolitana è vicina.
Penso che questa posizione sia la migliore scelta per le persone che hanno affari nella regione.
Questa volta non l'ho usato, ma sembra che ci sia un servizio che può guidarmi alla stazione di bus di lusso dopo la partenza.
