Hotel Family-friendly a Seogwipo

Anche se l'hotel era un po' remoto, puoi comunque arrivarci in 10 minuti dalla città nuova di Seogwipo. Le condizioni della camera erano molto buone e la piscina all'aperto aveva una bella atmosfera con acqua calda. La reception e gli altri membri del personale erano molto cordiali, ed era un hotel particolarmente attento ai bambini.

Hotel grande e spazioso situato nella parte meridionale dell'isola di Jeju (a Seogiwipo). c'è un autobus limousine 600 per l'aeroporto di colore rosso che arriva direttamente dall'aeroporto di Jeju al Parco Saetgijeong (a breve distanza di fronte all'hotel). Ci vuole 1 ora e 40 minuti (no: 30 fermate) c'è una fermata dell'autobus oltre al minimarket CU (CU) sul lato sinistro dell'hotel che porta direttamente all'aeroporto. L'autobus 600 per l'aeroporto parte da lì. lateralmente dall'altra parte della strada, GS25 convince il negozio n Compose Coffee della catena è lì. La colazione dell'hotel è semplice ma copre tutti i gusti dei turisti. alcuni piatti coreani, colazione inglese (pane e focacce), alcuni piatti caldi continentali. adoriamo le loro torte al formaggio al cioccolato. C'è un bel parco proprio di fronte all'hotel.

The staff are friendly and professional when we need assistance. The room is very clean and bright, comfortable bed and pillows! Convenient locate to restaurants 、shops, waterpark(was good but towels not provided, bring your own or purchase at entry) and theme park (quite small). Free parking and Wi-Fi provided. BUT when the China and Taiwan tours arrived the vibe changed to feeling like we were immersed in a tour hotel in China. Housekeeping found it a challenge to replenish our amenities after the influx of the groups it seems they must have been overworked or understaffed - forgetting to replace old towels and remove our garbage and 3 consecutive days it happened during what was a 8 night booking we checked out early and went elsewhere the last 2 nights. The tours groups seemed to be most interested in the ****** in the Marriott. Of the 3 properties, this was the most peaceful - Shinhwa Hotel is STRICTLY for families with young kids in my opinion, Marriott not worth the extra (they include the pool $ in the price but if you don't swim or weather not good you have paid for it OR unless you want Marriott Points or interested in the ****** right below you and a lot of adult guests roaming around at late hours. We had the connecting room deal (KLOOK or Hotel direct booking only deal) - very good value.

It offers much convenience if you are traveling with a kid of 7 years. The resort has plenty of options for dining, shopping and a convenience store in the site and theme park theme park access was a huge plus for my kid to hang out in the morning of check out. We want to come back in the summer time for the their water park.

The stay was comfortable and wonderful. Bed was good and enjoyed the jacuzzi. Love the showering system and bidet system. One of the better ones that I have tried. Staff are friendly too. The view is good too with glimpse of sea view and the swimming pool.

We've stayed at this resort on several different occasions. Usually book directly on the resort site but often the rooms are sold out and it is best to book here. The resort is a top choice and must for families with children. There is something for everyone, and the location is close by many of Jeju's top attractions from museums to beaches and beautiful trekking trails. The swimming pool and waterpark are a must for children and the shopping mall in the lower levels are also convenient and fun.

酒店的位置比較奇怪有點前不着村後不着店，吃飯需要走到主路，主路上還有一家daiso可以逛逛，旁邊有家小小的意大利餐廳，很有意思的存在。 環境很好，修在山崖上，有一條步行道，一個人帶娃走了一段到溪水就沒繼續了，但是不錯。 泳池OK，小朋友超愛，晚上有年輕人的夜場，略吵，關門就行。 酒店的位置二樓有家711，算是方便。 服務OK，前台很努力做到職業了，找不到步行道又講不清英文，主管就讓前台小姐姐陪我們走過去，晚上九點訂車也是用前台小哥哥手機打的，不算熱情但是職業就夠了。 房間和其他一切無亮點，但可以接受。

Servizio amichevole.Delizioso colazione con salmone, formaggio di crema, bagaglia, salate, caffè decente e una selezione di piatti coreani.La piscina riscaldata è un grande bonus per il tempo freddo. Il parcheggio è disponibile gratuitamente e la posizione è conveniente vicina a Starbucks, cascate, aree commerciali e diversi musei. Jungmun Saekdal Beach è a circa 25-minute a piedi (5 minuti di auto). Se la stanza è al primo piano, c'è una terrazza con tavolo e banco.

Great location at the south west corner of the island. Friendly check-in staff. Hotel staff was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Garden view means car park view btw. Had a surprise encounter with a big spider in the bathroom but hotel staff came to help. I told him not to harm spider but to catch and release it outside. However my limited Korean didn’t get through and the staff killed it with a hotel towel 😩. Generally a great stay. Will return.

Advantages; helpful staff at concierge, amazing food at the Parkview - one of the best omelette ever had, walking access to the beach.. (but beware of steep stairs..) and….. house keeping service was first class and friendly. Disadvage; TV could be bigger, NO smart TV, No utube, No neflix … power point was only on one side of the bed. Shampoo/ conditioner/ bodywash is just plain, not suitsble for 5 star hotel. When u purchase the toilettes bag which cost 30$ u get the same stuff inside with tooth brush and paste. We stayed 3 nights and were very impressive with house keeping service. Everytime we come back, towels were replaced, bed was made, refilled stocks etc. thanks house keeping team x the best 🩵
