Seogwipo: hotel con bar

We booked the deluxe room which was stunning with its LED ***** and projector for TV, as well as roomy and comfortable. We had a small hiccup when we checked in to our room as there was some smoke coming from an electrical box in the room, but after contacting the front desk, the maintenance team was able to resolve the issue in about 20 mins. The location is very close to Seongsan Ilchulbong and the ferry terminal to Udo, and there is plenty of parking on site. The buildings are very new and clean and have a minimalist vibe. The laundry room is also an arcade with karaoke booths and other games. Very cool, but I wish there were more than 2 washers and dryers since there was always a group of people waiting. Overall, we were very happy to have stayed here.

The staff are friendly and professional when we need assistance. The room is very clean and bright, comfortable bed and pillows! Convenient locate to restaurants 、shops, waterpark(was good but towels not provided, bring your own or purchase at entry) and theme park (quite small). Free parking and Wi-Fi provided. BUT when the China and Taiwan tours arrived the vibe changed to feeling like we were immersed in a tour hotel in China. Housekeeping found it a challenge to replenish our amenities after the influx of the groups it seems they must have been overworked or understaffed - forgetting to replace old towels and remove our garbage and 3 consecutive days it happened during what was a 8 night booking we checked out early and went elsewhere the last 2 nights. The tours groups seemed to be most interested in the ****** in the Marriott. Of the 3 properties, this was the most peaceful - Shinhwa Hotel is STRICTLY for families with young kids in my opinion, Marriott not worth the extra (they include the pool $ in the price but if you don't swim or weather not good you have paid for it OR unless you want Marriott Points or interested in the ****** right below you and a lot of adult guests roaming around at late hours. We had the connecting room deal (KLOOK or Hotel direct booking only deal) - very good value.

Would definitely classify it as 5 stars accommodations in terms of the hotel environment, feel and service. However, the room does have some slight irks, such as cracks in the toilet wall, accumulated dust on the toilet complimentary kits, the wall plugs feeling loose, and air con not really cold. But given that it was at an affordable price, these irks can be overlooked. And the bathtub was really tiny, that could only fit one person in a seated position, which was strange as the previous time we booked the room the tub was much bigger.

Absolutely loved our time at this hotel and sad to leave! The food was brilliant and staff were so caring! Amazing sea views and great to have a heated pool. Just 15 mins in an Uber to the city and very close to the waterfalls

Innanzitutto non ci sono grossi problemi con l'hotel in sé, ma c'è una differenza tra 4 e 5 stelle. Ho soggiornato in un Ramada a 5 stelle a Jeju City, ma in realtà era più costoso. La vista è buona, ma, come hanno già detto altri recensori, l'insonorizzazione è molto scarsa. Penso che sarebbe bene che le persone che dormono molto la mattina lo evitassero, dato che non hai altra scelta che svegliarti a metà mattinata. Noleggiare un'auto o voglio davvero una vista sulla spiaggia. Voglio davvero un posto vicino al mare. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque lo faccia.

제주신화월드 신화관에서 수영장, 워터파크, 조식, 테마파크 모두 이용했습니다. 체크인 순서가 앞 순서였는데도 가장 먼 방을 배정해주어서 어린 아이들과 이동만 하는데도 진이 다 빠졌네요.. 룸컨디션은 괜찮았고, 수영장 인피니티풀 좋았습니다. 워터파크에서 따로 구명조끼를 빌려야 해서 챙겨가느라 짐이 많았지만 아이들은 즐거워했습니다. 비가 오는 날씨라 야외는 물이 너무 차갑게 느껴져서 제대로 이용하지 못해 아쉬웠어요. 비오는 날이나 추운날은 야외 물온도를 따뜻하게 해주면 좋을것 같습니다.

La stanza era bella, molto pulita, spaziale. Avevamo una vista sulle montagne e sul mare. L'hotel si trova in una bella posizione nel bosco, con un sacco di scelta e molte opzioni sani e vegetariane. Usavamo le strutture di benessere come la calma dell'acqua e la canzone cristallina, che erano inclusi nella nostra prenotazione. Queste erano deliziose e di alta qualità. La piscina e la sauna sono molto belle e perfette per rilassarsi dopo un giorno di esplorazione di Jeju. Il manager Sangjoo Kang ci ha spesso parlato e ha avuto grandi raccomandazioni per l'isola. Il personale era molto attento e amichevole. In breve, una grande esperienza. Ci ritroveremo certamente!
