buona posizione se siete a Semporna per immersioni o snorkeling. vicino a tutte le agenzie turistiche e vicino al molo. la stanza è piuttosto piccola. anche il bagno molto piccolo. un po' di muffa nella doccia. il pavimento era polveroso, sarebbe stato carino se avessero fornito le pantofole. la colazione era molto semplice: un panino o un nasi lemak.

Il buon servizio

The WiFi was super slow. Air conditioner was not as cold. Some receptionists were not supportive neither but several guys was pretty hospitable. The room was overall not clean. There were lots of dusts on the floor and stains on the bedsheets. Toilet even had urine stains from previous customers :(

Tv not functioning at all provided photo during repairing, water heater not functioning too,no shower gel n shampoo(the container for shampoo n shower gel is empty)

Booking this hotel for 3 nights because of review but im disappointed. Unfriendly staff from checkin untill checkout. No greeting and thank you at all. Only 2 pillows provided and cant request additional. No late checkout allowed even though im willing to pay. Maybe im not their targeted guest. Not going to suggest this hotel to my family/friends.

The lady receptionist not very friendly. Got a lot small black ants on my table and moving here and there. Very disturbing when I am working on the table. The bath room drain cover cannot full enclosed. Water leaking out from bath area to beside toilet bowl.

Too small and abit dirty.

Stayed at this hotel for one night, which was close to restaurants, near the boat dock, and the supermarket. They serve breakfast at a little cafe right beside the hotel too. Overall it was convenient and comfortable.

Nice stay at Grace Hotel and it's convenient to reach different restaurants nearby, and to reach the dive shops. It's te best place to stay before hopping onto speedboat for the Sipadan diving tour!!

Good location and staff are nice. My friend lost wallet when she checked out and come back the staff have have helped us and finally we fount the wallet in the room. Thanks so much appreciate it

Worst hotel ever

The hotel is located at the town centre with many restaurant and convenience stores. The hotel has a basis facilities and its service is not good (the water heater is not functioning, no housekeeping etc).
