The lifts were broken, so we had to use the stair. My friend complained that the stairs were dusty. They did not clean our room that day. The bathroom was water logged, they did not do the after we informed them.

Basic hotel a bit away from jetty. Rooms and furniture is a bit dated

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Easy to parking a car too.

For stay sekejap okay, cuma hotel agak nampak terlalu lama and tak terjaga. Kawasan dekat dengan pekan semporna. Bila malam agak sunyi di hotel. Depan hotel agak gelap. Ruangan untuk gosok baju perlu kena keluar bilik dan agak sunyi.

This is my first experience stay here. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Hotel cleanliness can be improve. Parking space is quite big.

我從來不評價酒店 這是第一次 首先是酒店位置 離遊客集合中心走路大概四十多分 打車九分鐘但是因為太近很少有司機願意接 再來就是酒店設備 超級破 熱水器的淋浴頭都掛不住 衹能一手拿着一手洗 以及那些浴巾什麼的完全不敢用 感覺特別臟 空調一股味道 電梯還是壞的 還好我是二樓 再來就是衞生 真的特別差！建議對衞生有講究的千萬別去 你會整個情緒都很down 床單被罩黑黑的還一股味道 洗澡洗到一半整棟樓停水 所有客人都來詢問 房間裏有壁虎 還一股黴味 最後就是服務 前台人員除了一個小姑娘其他人都連英語都不太會 溝通起來很困難 最後我們定了兩間房 其中一間需要延時退房 我前一天就問了如果要延時退房需要加多少錢 和我説free 結果第二天退房的時候又收了五十 那為什麼第一天不説清楚多少錢呢
