Palm Lake Resort

Staying here was a truly memorable experience. The resort is set in a serene location with a picturesque lake where you can fish and even take a boat ride around. The unique touch of being able to bring your catch to the kitchen and have the chef cook it up for dinner was a real highlight. You can also buy fresh seafood from the local market and ask the chef to prepare it however you like for a very reasonable fee. The food, prepared by the owner and chef who hail from Guangdong, was the best I’ve tasted in Semporna. Each dish was bursting with flavor, showcasing authentic Chinese cuisine at its finest. The resort is about 15 minutes from Semporna town, but they offer a free shuttle service to and from the town, which makes it incredibly convenient for guests. At night, there’s outdoor karaoke under the stars, creating a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, the resort had a homely vibe, with the owner and staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The resort itself is new, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home the entire time. The peaceful surroundings, combined with excellent service and food, made this a perfect getaway. To note that the staff mainly communicates in Mandarin, so knowing a bit of the language would be helpful. I stayed here for a night after a 5 day dive trip and this was the perfect place to unwind and relax. I loved my stay so much that I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat in Semporna!

設施：我覺得設備上不輸國內的豪華型酒店，而且並不是那種千篇一律的，木質傢俱和佈局很有設計感，能感受到老闆的用心。 衞生：衞生打掃很乾凈，出國前看酒店，很多鎮上的酒店就是衞生不過關，所以一直有點怕，沒想到這個度假村直接超出了預期，我這種強迫症也沒走槽點。 服務：服務也沒得説，管家式服務。老闆是國內出來做的民宿生意，入住的都是華人，而且老闆基本上是有求必應。 入住下來，印象最深刻的除了環境就是服務了。 飛馬來的時候臨時改了航班，入境卡要重新填寫，老闆二話不説，晚上十點多幫忙填寫打印。 和朋友訂了兩個房，考慮安全和方便，老闆也是很貼心的直接免費幫我們升級成了獨棟木屋，體驗感直接拉滿。 還有各種協調車子，幫忙聯繫送機師傅，幫你整吃的，反正住下來就一個安心舒坦。 下次旅遊肯定毫不猶豫還會再選他們家啦。

這次來馬來西亞，最最貼心的老闆。獨一無二。我一個人來，老闆特意安排車帶我去鎮上買東西，又送我去碼頭，全程中文交流，老闆太貼心了，環境美得我衹想呆在那裡，發呆都覺得是一種享受。下次來仙本那首選這裏。 服務：超級好
