Hotel vicini a Universitas AKI a Semarang

I forgot to take the photos of my room but it's very much similar as the one on the internet, spacious and functional enough for 2, properly cleaned when we arrive and i love that they have a balcony with super big window so i can get lots of natural light :) the only minus point is that it's not soundproof enough to block the noise from outside but only from other rooms. Friendly staff, quick service and strategic location. i heard that the soto nearby is ”legendary” ;)

Lovely hotel, Pro: - Friendly and polite staffs - Fast reaction to our complaint/necessity - Friendly simple breakfast but tasty Cons: - No phone attached in the room to deliver our necessity to front desk directly. - Kitchen team should pay more attention with cleanliness, as I found ”sealed paper” on my fruits - Super No no: Slow Internet, sometimes the wifi can disconnect the connection by itself. So we need to reconnect/sign in again and again. Really frustrating getting hiccups during calling my family, download 1 one game for my boy is extremely slow. This hotel management must pay attention with this issue, you should use wifi with better quality, that can accommodate plenty of guests, no hiccups and no difficulty to sign in. Do not let your valuable The front desk/front line staffs always get and compromise the first fury and frustration from any guests about this issues while the management guys sit relaxed behind the office door.

La posizione di questo hotel è molto bella che è vicino al centro di spedizione. Il membro del servizio è anche bella. Ma la struttura del bagno è molto vecchia e lunga storia che deve essere cambiata.

Dopo un lungo viaggio di drenaggio, ci aspettavamo di pulire e di riposarci di buona notte, la sicurezza era utile nel trasporto dei bagagli e la procedura di check-in era rapida e semplice. Quando siamo arrivati nella nostra stanza, ci ha sorpreso di vedere come era in casa, il design e i mobili erano un po' obsoleti, anche se non era la questione principale per noi. Il letto era pulito e tempestivo, ma la pulizia era un'altra storia, c'erano polvere e alcuni materiali che si sentono grigliati, e ci sono anche tinture sul pavimento della zona della doccia. Non eravamo sicuri di quali fossero o dove provenivano, ma non ci sentivamo confortevoli di rimanere lì. Finimmo di prenotare un altro hotel e lasciare. In primo luogo, prenottiamo l'hotel perché il prezzo era affidabile. Altri hotel nella zona erano un po' più costosi (forse di ~ USD 5) ma erano molto più puliti e confortevoli per soggiornare.

Insight room was different from the picture given on agoda, booking.com, traveloka even on their official website. Bed linen, pillow, towels got stain and the colour a bit yellowish. On their wall got a few of pencil sketched. And that make the room even look dirtier and dumped. The main thing was the bathroom. In the morning the water were so dirty, they said they were doing some repair to the water valve. And you guest what, they doing it in the morning where all the guests already wake up and need to use the toilet and we found out that the water was DIRTY with all the sands and the colour were brownish, then out of sudden the water heater also down. And the jackpot was, the water STOP running to all the rooms. THIS WAS PERFECT 😏 We already called 3 times and asked, and they only said wait for a while and keep on the water to flush away all the dirts. With out any other solutions. And that happens for almost 3 hours. They perfectly ruined our holiday with this Issue. We ask for extra towel, fyi, they only give 2 towels per room. We have 3 Children, so we asked for extra towel. We never got any problem on this even on budget hotel or at 4 or 5 Stars hotels before, You know what? After they give extra 2 towels, they asked for the existing 2 towels thats already in the room to be returned to them. We have explained to the house keeping that we have 3 kids, and of course 2 towels will not be enough (fyi, the towel is a bit thin, dont expect a furry thick towel like at other 4 or 5 starts hotel) What a silly service. Dont mention about the extra room key, they only gave us 1 room key, so we asked for 1 extra. You know what they said? We have not enough room key, so no more extra. It was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT staying 1 night on 31st dec to 1st of Jan 2023 at LK Pandanaran Semarang. They charged almost 3times from their normal rate and this is what we got. We dont mind if you marked up your price almost 3times, specially during peak season, BUT PLEASE before doing that, improve your service, add more capable and professional labour to balance up with your price. Not mention about LK Simpang Lima Semarang. At their lobby, there was a water leakage, not sure why they havent done any repairing. Thats make us think that they all the SAME, at all LK Hotel Chains at semarang. But we would like to compliments the security outside the lobby area, he was very helpful, and genuinely helped us and give solutions when there were no more parking lot.

La stanza è pulita, ma piccola e non corrisponde alle foto grandi. Anche il bagno è molto piccolo e un po' sporco. Sulla terrazza, ho trovato un posacenere con della cenere sparsa sul tavolo. L'acqua calda elettrica deve essere aggiunta, ma i servizi dell'hotel non sono inclusi. L'isolamento acustico dell'hotel non è buono. Anche la posizione dell'hotel è lontana. Buona rete wireless.

di buon soggiorno in hotel Khas, ho molte volte visitato hotel Khas Per hotel 3star, questo hotel è stato bello, conveniente e vale la pena L'hotel è stato pulito, l'ospitalità è stata buona, la camera è stata abbastanza grande, completa strutture per l'hotel 3star, Ci sono piscina, riscaldamento d'acqua, frigorifero e le amministrazioni erano completamente n buona in qualità. Il personale era molto amichevole, utile n risposta rapida.. la debolezza di questo hotel era un debole segnale Internet.. ma in generale questo hotel vale la pena visitare di nuovo.. thx

Comprendendo che questo hotel era in soft opening progressi ma molti problemi ci hanno deluso. Piscina e palestra non erano ancora pronti. Rimase 1 notte in 3 Superior & Deluxe Rooms sul 10° piano, vista sulla strada principale e il prossimo edificio. Ben situato sulla strada principale davanti al DP Mall circa 20 minuti dall'aeroporto. Il parcheggio era molto limitato, quindi dobbiamo usare il servizio valle per parcheggiare le nostre auto fuori dall'hotel. Il corridoio era così caldo a causa delle disabili condizionatori d'aria. Abbiamo solo una chiave per le camere perché non c'era nessuna scorta. Il problema principale è che abbiamo trovato un sacco di capelli lunghi all'interno del coperchio e letto in camera numero 1003 e usato strappo sul pavimento in camera numero 1011. Sembra che la custodia della casa non abbia pulito correttamente e non abbia cambiato il foglio di biancheria dopo l'ospite precedente. Free in room WIFI connection was good. The breakfast has a good selection of both Indonesian & Western styles. The staff of the hotel were courteous and friendly.
