Hotel vicini a Toko Mas Semar a Semarang

I forgot to take the photos of my room but it's very much similar as the one on the internet, spacious and functional enough for 2, properly cleaned when we arrive and i love that they have a balcony with super big window so i can get lots of natural light :) the only minus point is that it's not soundproof enough to block the noise from outside but only from other rooms. Friendly staff, quick service and strategic location. i heard that the soto nearby is ”legendary” ;)

Lovely hotel, Pro: - Friendly and polite staffs - Fast reaction to our complaint/necessity - Friendly simple breakfast but tasty Cons: - No phone attached in the room to deliver our necessity to front desk directly. - Kitchen team should pay more attention with cleanliness, as I found ”sealed paper” on my fruits - Super No no: Slow Internet, sometimes the wifi can disconnect the connection by itself. So we need to reconnect/sign in again and again. Really frustrating getting hiccups during calling my family, download 1 one game for my boy is extremely slow. This hotel management must pay attention with this issue, you should use wifi with better quality, that can accommodate plenty of guests, no hiccups and no difficulty to sign in. Do not let your valuable The front desk/front line staffs always get and compromise the first fury and frustration from any guests about this issues while the management guys sit relaxed behind the office door.

Probabilmente questo hotel aveva migliori momenti, ma la pandemia ha colpito duramente. Camera ok. Bagno sporco. Veramente sporco! Non ho fatto la foto, ma era grosso. Acqua calda. AC era buono. Ristorante chiuso. Parcheggio è all'interno e hai bisogno di alcune competenze. Molto sfidante. La piscina infinita al 30° piano è bello. Puoi vedere tutta la città.

La stanza standard è molto piccola, poco spazio per camminare dall'altra parte del letto, ma continuiamo a venire perché ci sentiamo comodi ogni volta che restiamo qui con un prezzo ragionevole. Hanno anche 24 ore di giornata, e hanno tavolo da biliardo, tè gratuito e caffè al lobby, situato nel DP Mall, quindi è molto facile comprare cose o prendere un cibo. Utilizzare app mobili per aprire la porta alla stanza, quindi è più facile, non c'è bisogno di trovare la carta di accesso quando vuoi andare in camera

La stanza è pulita, ma piccola e non corrisponde alle foto grandi. Anche il bagno è molto piccolo e un po' sporco. Sulla terrazza, ho trovato un posacenere con della cenere sparsa sul tavolo. L'acqua calda elettrica deve essere aggiunta, ma i servizi dell'hotel non sono inclusi. L'isolamento acustico dell'hotel non è buono. Anche la posizione dell'hotel è lontana. Buona rete wireless.

Insight room was different from the picture given on agoda, booking.com, traveloka even on their official website. Bed linen, pillow, towels got stain and the colour a bit yellowish. On their wall got a few of pencil sketched. And that make the room even look dirtier and dumped. The main thing was the bathroom. In the morning the water were so dirty, they said they were doing some repair to the water valve. And you guest what, they doing it in the morning where all the guests already wake up and need to use the toilet and we found out that the water was DIRTY with all the sands and the colour were brownish, then out of sudden the water heater also down. And the jackpot was, the water STOP running to all the rooms. THIS WAS PERFECT 😏 We already called 3 times and asked, and they only said wait for a while and keep on the water to flush away all the dirts. With out any other solutions. And that happens for almost 3 hours. They perfectly ruined our holiday with this Issue. We ask for extra towel, fyi, they only give 2 towels per room. We have 3 Children, so we asked for extra towel. We never got any problem on this even on budget hotel or at 4 or 5 Stars hotels before, You know what? After they give extra 2 towels, they asked for the existing 2 towels thats already in the room to be returned to them. We have explained to the house keeping that we have 3 kids, and of course 2 towels will not be enough (fyi, the towel is a bit thin, dont expect a furry thick towel like at other 4 or 5 starts hotel) What a silly service. Dont mention about the extra room key, they only gave us 1 room key, so we asked for 1 extra. You know what they said? We have not enough room key, so no more extra. It was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT staying 1 night on 31st dec to 1st of Jan 2023 at LK Pandanaran Semarang. They charged almost 3times from their normal rate and this is what we got. We dont mind if you marked up your price almost 3times, specially during peak season, BUT PLEASE before doing that, improve your service, add more capable and professional labour to balance up with your price. Not mention about LK Simpang Lima Semarang. At their lobby, there was a water leakage, not sure why they havent done any repairing. Thats make us think that they all the SAME, at all LK Hotel Chains at semarang. But we would like to compliments the security outside the lobby area, he was very helpful, and genuinely helped us and give solutions when there were no more parking lot.

Basta solo per il transito, sarebbe bello avere una piscina. In generale, era OK, bello e confortevole hotel per avere un buon riposo.

Per la prima volta ho soggiornato in questo hotel, mi ha colpito molto, quindi ho fatto un'altra prenotazione per estendere il mio soggiorno. Pros: le camere sono pulite Più pipistrelli, mi hanno fatto dormire meglio La qualità del letto, molto buona qualità Personale utile Cons: Parcheggio era sotto costruzione Wifi non era abbastanza forte Vuoi che io visiterò di nuovo?

Forniscono solo una delle amministrazioni come un pannolino e un tovagliolo in una stanza. Sono felici di avere un riempimento d'acqua fuori dalla stanza. Il posto è vicino a vari centri, ristoranti e siti di viaggio. Nel complesso è comodo per trascorrere una notte qui!
