Me and my partner stayed here for a weekend and honestly can say that the hotel definitely contributed to one of our best weekend brakes we have ever had. The hotel is clean and updated with a cosy warm theme, Staff are very helpful and the facilities are on point. We will definitely be going back to gorgeous Selby especially sallow tree.

Really well situation self-catering place with parking and within easy walking distance of the centre of town. Prices are good and myself and my partner found it clean and comfortable. Loads of bathrooms and toilets and several kitchens that we used for my wife's dietary needs. Staff were pleasant and attentive. We'll be coming back

When i booked i explained that i wanted the room for work and that i needed somewhere quiet. I was given a room next to a door that people slammed all the time. The door also has a faulty code that triggered a loud alarm and this went off a few times. It got very busy from 8.30pm to 10.30pm when I was trying to sleep. The only option given to me was to leave or go down 2 rooms where I would have had the same problem. I was charged for 2 nights.

I stayed overnight in a double+single room. The decor and styling is really fab - lots of little touches and the facilities were excellent. The checkin process was smooth with the digital locks and the communicatios were great. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Stayed here when attending a wedding, I'm from Selby originally and it was so nice to see this property has been brought back to life. Lovely, stylish rooms and great service from the booking manager. Will definitley stay again :)

Excellent accommodation in a quiet location Easy access to York as well if you prefer not to stay in the busy city centre Had a minor emergency and staff were quickly on site to sort it out. Big thanks to Chris for the rescue! Recommend highly for singles, couples or families
