Hotel in zona UTM Technology Entrepreneurship Centre, Sekudai

Hotel check in and out procedure was fast. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Tried their sahur buffet and would prefer if there were more variety (I.e., omelette, porridge, western stations). It was mainly breads and rice dishes which I personally felt did not justify the higher price point than normal breakfast buffets which had more variety. View from my room was great with acres of plantation fields. There were also a decent amount of shops nearby (I.e., dobi/laundry, convenience stores, kedai runcit, kfc nearby).

The room is not clean, with bedsheets with stain and with a musky smell. Night time, can hear the pub music with loud base. I wouldnt recommend to sray here.

Late check in and request for an extra room key but the reception say it’s not enough and this cause a lot of inconvenience . Not smiley at all for the night reception during check in . But the next morning reception with 2 ladies are full of smiles and make you feel welcoming Nice clean rooms and all toiletries well equipped . Opposite the hotel there is a night Prata that is 24 hours . There is a short circuit trip in the morning around 8am for around 10 minutes and the room electricity is all cut off . But it was rectified fast Was there for badminton tournament game and it cause really inconvenient by only issuing one hotel key . Hotel should look into issuing at least 2 keys

The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpfull. Thank you to Executive Puan Sarimah Sapwi on your kind helpfull. I was here attending company training. What I want to say is it the ballroom is very spacious and comfort. The room ia a sound proof. The food is very good and deliciuos. It is variety and very tastefully. The High tea also very good especially a mee goreng mamak. Overal is very good.

How can a super gorgeous theme room be place in such a spot where not much people will notice it.It is a Golden Spot for people who really enjoy different styles of room. Nothing to complaint about the location. Plenty of beauty services and food. Counter service is normal. Nothing to complaint nor praise. We bookes the premier room on level 27 in Tower 1. The lift take forever to come and due to that it is always crowded. The sink in the room is choked. Just a simple brush teeth session would cause the water level to keep rising to the brim of the sink. Wall paper is peeling on the bed head. Desk phone is covered with dust. Lots of patches on the room wall below the tv. Just wondering if it is so hard to fix all these unsightly areas to allow guest to have a very comfortable stay? We didnt bother to call the hotel to fix the sink since we are staying 1night. But cleaner would have noticed it during cleaning. There is also menses stain on the bedsheet. Is tiny spot but very noticeable on a white sheet. The table leg is spoilt. I am not sure if I would be back again. Maybe or maybe not.

It was fine for a day. There’s a lot of eateries af that stretch. Also theres malls nearby, super convenient. Also theres free snacks at the lobby and you can replenish your water too.

Buona lavatrice di letto in camera era pulita. Ma la porta del bagno non può chiudere. Ma è tutto a posto perché rimango solo per una notte.
