This was one of the best Hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. It began with an amazing Valet named Earnest. He was the most congenial and friendly valet I have ever met. He was unable to park our 1 ton truck in the underground parking. I had a bunch of tools in the back for a IT installation job I was in town to complete. Earnest felt genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of our vehicle and my tools. He went out of his way to help me empty the vehicle, and checked all of the items (which was a lot) in the baggage area of the hotel. He then helped to find street parking which was in a safe area, and actually saved us $60 in parking fees. After all of this Earnest then made an amazing dinner suggestion and even provided us with coupons which saved us a great deal on our dinner. As I returned to the hotel each day during my stay Earnest greeted me by name, without reminder. That is a feat in my book as I often can't remember coworkers names whom I interact with daily, for years. My wife and child accompanied me on this business trip. They eventually became visibly stir crazy. The Desk clerk noticed and provided all sorts of coloring books, crafts, games etc for my 4 year old. This without us asking. I did not get her name unfortunately. After our trip we thought we had left some items behind. We called the hotel frantic because the items were irreplicable. The staff (each and every one we spoke to, one of whom named Cindy) were genuinely concerned and eager to help us locate the items. Calling us back to update us with their search regularly, and even offering to ship the items to us immediately once found. Beyond the absolutely impeccable staff the hotel itself is beautiful. If you love pre-war architecture and design it is an absolute gem. It is like a time capsule. Every room has a milk door, and the electrical is all retrofitted because the building clearly predates electricity. AS bonus they have a café, salon, skin care facility, and speakeasy on site. The speakeasy was closed during our stay, but the café was wonderful. We did not try the other services. I will likely stay here on each and every visit to Seattle. It's an absolutely perfect hotel!

La posizione è buona, andare al mercato di Pike per circa dieci minuti.Il prezzo è più economico in questa vicinanza.La stanza è pulita e pulita, ma poco e l'effetto di isolamento sonoro è generalmente. Se vivete lungo la strada, sentirete il suono e gli shock dell'auto. E il condizionamento è una finestra, e l'effetto è buono, ma il rumore è abbastanza grande.Questo è un'infezione generale dell'hotel americano.Se vuoi stare tranquillo, c'è una stanza che richiede la strada posteriore, non c'è aria condizionata.L'hotel non ha un ristorante, la cena può essere venduta e c'è un 7-11 in due o tre minuti a piedi vicino.
