Seaside: hotel a 2 stelle

My outlook on my review may just be because I've done housekeeping most my life but the bathroom wasn't very clean and the toilet wasn't flushed. Theb lobby was confusing to find and staff wasn't exactly inviting. But location is great and run was affordable and cute. There was no conditioner though and that is an issue for my daughter and me. I'd stay again though

Enjoyed our stay at Quaity Inn in Seaside. Our king bed was very comfortable, love the many comfy pillows! Nice size room with plenty of space. Loads of channels on the TV service. Free hot breakfast a plus! Great value for a nice stay. Friendly staff!

Il check-in era piuttosto facile. La stanza dell'hotel non era così orribile come dicevano i commenti. La mia stanza non odoreva come molle o niente. Ha avuto qualche piccolo difetto, come il taglio è stato chiuso e il telaio è mancato in una piccola sezione di un angolo, ma non è affatto orribile; si stanno incontrando e sembrano essere stati per un po', perche' in futuro queste cose possano cambiare. Se hai un bilancio e hai bisogno di qualcosa di economico, questo è un grande posto. La posizione è grande. I proprietari sembrano super bello. Hanno fatto un piccolo colazione, che alcune persone si lamentavano, ma non è meglio che niente. Aveva waffle, yogurt, cereali secchi, succo di caffè, frutta ecc. Non stavo nuotando, ma la piscina era in servizio e era piena di persone nuotando. Le pareti sono gentile, ma non un grande problema. Buon per il mio soggiorno!

Questa è stata la prima vacanza che ho preso negli ultimi cinque anni!!! È iniziato con un paio di giorni e ho prenotato in un altro hotel a Seaside, ma ho capito che solo pochi giorni non sarebbero stati sufficienti. Per la metà di quanto pagavo nell'altro hotel ho potuto stare al Motel 6 altri quattro giorni!!! Non era di fronte alla spiaggia ma abbastanza vicino!! La camera era pulita e molto più spaziosa della mia camera costosa e aveva molte più porte elettroniche!! (Chi penserebbe che una stanza allo shilo inn avrebbe solo due porte per computer nella stanza!!!) L'unica parte che era un po' debole era il segnale wi-fi qui era debole! Lo faceva ancora bene ma a volte il segnale era ancora molto debole!!

We loved the Hi-tide! The staff was so friendly and the little extras including the welcome cookies were a nice added touch. The room was a little dated, but wow the view was incredible and it was a stones throw from the beach that we played on all day. We wish we had more time here, and will definitely come back!

Very good location. You can walk to the beach, downtown shops. Great breakfast selection. Rooms were clean. Friendly staff. Will likely return again for a longer stay and visit more nearby locations. We also had our small dog with us and the hotel is very pet friendly.

Our recent stay at the Promenade Ocean Front Hotel was, to put it mildly, less than satisfactory due to several management and organizational shortcomings. However, it was the outstanding service provided by an employee named Terelle that brought light to an otherwise dim experience. Upon our early arrival, we were briskly told by a manager to return at the standard check-in time. This would have been a minor inconvenience had it not been for the chaos we encountered at 4 PM. The front desk was swamped, burdened by a dauntingly long line and connectivity issues with their systems, making the check-in process painfully slow and testing the patience of many guests. In the midst of this turmoil stood Terelle, a beacon of professionalism and efficiency. Despite the malfunctioning equipment and growing frustration among guests, he managed to check in guests with a calmness and courtesy that was truly remarkable. His communication was clear, and his sincere thanks for our patience did not go unnoticed, easing the tension and making the wait bearable. The challenges did not end at the front desk. Discovering our rooms were inadequately prepared, especially considering our specific needs traveling with an elderly family member, could have been the last straw. Yet again, Terelle stepped in, ensuring we were relocated to suitable accommodations, demonstrating an exceptional level of care and attention to detail. It's rare to encounter someone who maintains such high standards of customer service under pressure. Terelle not only alleviated a potentially distressing situation but also significantly improved our overall impression of the hotel. While our visit was initially disappointing due to the evident poor management and organizational issues, Terelle's unparalleled dedication to guest satisfaction shone through. It's because of his effort that we would consider giving the Promenade Ocean Front Hotel another chance in the future. We hope Terelle's exemplary service is recognized and rewarded as it truly made a difference in our stay.

This place was absolutely better than we could have expected. Free yummy cookies when we checked in, then free salmon chowder at 5PM. The breakfast was outstanding with more options than most other hotels we've visited. Definitely will go back if ever in the area. Staff was all super friendly too, and right on top of everything folks needed.
