This was the was experience for my family and I at a hotel let alone a Holiday Inn Express. We had four people staying in this room just so you know. We had the room with two queens and a pull out bed as well. My son was going to sleep on the pull out when we first checked in and there were no sheets or blanket for it anywhere in the room. So my son and I proceeded to the front desk to ask for some… the front desk lady asked us if we looked in the closet and we told her we did and there was none in there, so she then proceeded to get some for him and only gave him sheets with no blanket. I went back to the front desk to ask for a blanket and was given an attitude for doing so. Next I then proceeded to ask for an extra room key and she said they didn’t have enough to spare at the moment, I said ok, didn’t per-Sue any more time on the subject and accepted the response gracefully. We only had three towels in the room and four people in the room, asked for one more towel and got sent to the front desk, front desk told me to ask room service of which whom sent me to the front desk, left it alone again. My wife asked room service for the towels and they ignored her, so she took them on her own and got yelled at by room service that she couldn’t do so. We needed the towels so we still took them and returned any and all used towels. Next morning we had the do not disturb sign up on the door handle (mind you I booked the room for 4 nights) and the room service still try to come in.
