Hotel carino, abbastanza nuovo. Clientela giovane e molto interessante. Ben curato il giardino. Le camere un po’ anonime ma esteticamente apprezzabili. Buona la ristorazione. Servizio buono e attento.

Just returned from a three-day weekend at this property (2nd visit in a year) and once again the hotel and staff knocked it out of the park. Hotel is convenient to Oldtown Scottsdale, clean, aesthetically pleasing and had incredibly friendly service from all the staff. Our server, Kelsey, met us each morning at the restaurant for breakfast with a smile and fantastic service; the servers at the pool kept our water pitcher full and the chilled bottles of champagne coming (thanks JC & Elan (sp?)). The complimentary car service in the area is a great touch. We stayed in a well-appointed Sonoran Suite and would recommend. Great property and will definitely return.

The Andaz never disappoints. Solid service, rooms, amenities and food every single time. Room: we get the Suite with a private back patio. Magic in the cooler season for stargazing and hanging with friends. Quiet and private with great sound proofing. We never even know if anyone is nearby. The single story format makes parking, luggage and navigation of the resort easy to come and go. Property; Always well maintained with beautiful organic landscape, hammocks, hang out spots, etc. Pool options are solid with an adults only option. The main pool is chill with great service. Location: A huge bonus is all of the walkable restaurants, shops, AJ’s for high end grocery/liquor, etc. At the base of Camelback. Service: We value the service and response. Help or inquiries are only a text away. They always resolve any issues or needs immediately.

A great relaxing place after a work trip. We enjoyed the warm sunshine, quaint facilities to shower and dry our hair. We ordered lunch from the hotel and they brought it poolside - floating on the waters, doing nothing is exactly what we needed.

A complete miss for a five star resort. One night stay for the sole purpose of relaxed couples massage and resort experience. Room was not ready for 2 and 1/2 hours after 4pm check in time. When you have only a one night stay booked, its enough to ruin the entire experience. Missed our in-suite couples massage, ran into surly employees, and was given attitude when we asked for a late checkout the following morning. Only saving grace was the mixology class with Sam at the bar. He's the only positive in an 18 hour disaster. Sticking to my Marriott loyalty and will not stay here again. It was a poor enough experience to reconsider any additional Hyatt stays. Who are they hiring these days??? Jeez.

The carpets were stained and dirty. The phone didn’t work. The patio was completely overgrown TV loses signal and they never came to clean the room… The front deck cushions were so dirty we couldn’t sit on them… When I went to the front desk they said they would try and send someone by… And indicated that there was nothing they could do because of room availability.

My husband and I really enjoyed our extended weekend stay for our anniversary. From the welcome cocktail to the room with its own cabana, we wanted for nothing while we were there. Staff were always around the corner and ready to see to our every need. October was a great time to visit as well, enough other people that we didn't feel awkwardly alone, but few enough that the entire estate was peaceful and serene. Protip: book a Waymo ride from the airport. The driverless taxis are pretty fun to ride in

This was my first stay at an Andaz and it did not disappoint. We truly loved this property, from the staff, to the facilities, and all of the services offered. The food at Weft and Werp was 10/10 for all three meals we had there. We stayed in a Sonoran Suite which was large, and had plenty of room for a separate living room, bedroom and two full size bathrooms with massive showers. The two side patios had cozy areas to have coffee in the morning. A few other things I loved about this property: the availability of EV chargers, one Tesla and one J-1775 charger from Chargepoint. Both available at no charge. Wifi was strong every where you go at this resort. Poolside service was great, and regularly checked in on you. The food at the pool was remarkably good, which is rare for pool food. I highy recommend this place. We will certainly be back!

Finally, WiFi that doesn’t require a PhD! Just one click and I was connected—no last name, room number, or 'how many nights are you staying' interrogation. It’s like they actually want you to connect. Revolutionary. Honestly, this should be a standard perk everywhere. I came for the bed, but I’d stay for the WiFi. But seriously, 10/10, would stay again.
