We came here because it was family friendly. Our fridge in our room was broken, I had to go down to the front desk to request a new fridge because they never picked up their phone when I called. We had a 5 month old baby who is breastfeeding and needs his breast milk in the fridge. When I requested the fridge, they said “it will be up shortly” we waited two hours before making a call, trying to look for staff members to ask them for our fridge and at last we eventually had to walk all the way down to the front desk to tell them we still need a fridge. We finally got our fridge but they put it in the middle of the room and didn’t even put the items from the old fridge to the new fridge like we requested.
Also, we made sure there were soft chairs at the
Pool because of the baby and when we called before making reservations, we were told that there were soft chairs. Upon arrival we asked again just to make sure and they had no idea what we were talking about. Anyway, so even the pool staff told us that there were soft chairs but at the other pools instead of the ones we were at. We had the run around this whole trip.
There are more things that went wrong that I could write but it would be way too much. At the end, they asked us how our stay was and all we got was an apology.
