Hotel molto curato, camere ampie e molto comode, colazione e cena ottime, buffet per entrambi i pasti ben fornito e i piatti proposti per la cena sempre interessanti. Zona piscina e spa adeguata e personale sempre cordiale e disponibile, in particolare quello di sala. Non do voto pieno per un solo dettaglio, non gravissimo ma a mio parere migliorabile in strutture di questa categoria. Il riassetto camere dovrebbe essere un po’ meno “veloce”, ad esempio avevo terminato il bagno schiuma dal dispenser in doccia e per due giorni consecutivi non è stato riempito. Certo potevo anche chiederlo, ma me ne ricordavo solo una volta in doccia😀 … detto questo più che una critica è un suggerimento alla struttura, che comunque promuovo assolutamente.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questa struttura alle pendici del rinominato impianto sciistico austriaco. Hotel accogliente e curato nei particolari, camera molto spaziosa con vista montagna. La temperatura all’interno della struttura e della camera è stata perfetta. Cena e colazione abbondanti e con ampia scelta, scarsa la qualità del vino alla carta. Area Spa ampia e molto curata, peccato per le poche saune (2 saune e un bagno turco). Molto bella la piscina, sia quella interna sia quella esterna riscaldata. Complessivamente il Falkensteiner di Schladming ci ha molto soddisfatto, ci ritorneremo sicuramente in inverno per poter usufruire degli impianti sciistici a due passi.

Second visit and always exceeds our expectations. Spa is wonderful and the service impeccable. Rooms and hotel are spotless and location is perfect for town without the noise. So peaceful and ideal for a couple. We will continue to return for years to come.

The hotel facilities were really nice and good, but the service especially in restarant (only Damir was really good professional) and spa reception did not meet the 4 star expectations. The room cleaning was not sufficient (bedding, bathroom cleaning).

Great hotel! Modern with a traditional touch. Very nice service. Clean and comfortable rooms. Offers wellness, guided hiking and mountain bike tours.

The hotel is one of the best we have stayed in. Everywhere was kept spotless with our room being really well laid out with plenty of room for Ski equipment. The food in the restaurant was absolutely spot on, after eating breakfast we didn’t need to get lunch because the evening meal was amazing, the food was always fresh and varied. All the staff were really pleasant and helpful, in particular Neba was the waiter for us most of the time. He was very attentive even when the restaurant was busy and seemed to genuinely care about us having a lovely experience. The spa was pleasant and the service at the bar was great. We would definitely recommend this hotel and absolutely come back to stay again.

For our first couple stay in Schladming we picked Falkensteiner. The spacious and balanced (wooden structures with modern interior design) architecture lets lots of light in and offers great views, the service personnel is super professional, friendly and the management seems to run pretty smoothly here. Everything is clean, quiet, subtle and well maintained. Great food. Also good location, very close to the center and yet on the outskirts near the river Enns and various trails.

In general a very nice hotel. Good food and location is relatively close to the main lift. (There is a shuttle to the lift if needed) Pro: 1)Great Breakfast (lots of fruits and vegetables) , variety of cheese bread, tea , fresh juice, and much more 2)Friendly and helpful recpetion 3)Clean rooms. 4)Buffet at dinner is very good and tasty 5)Waitress provided me a dedicated desert after she understood that I am allergic to one of the ingredients in the desert of the menu Con: 1)Most TV channels are in German , the only one in English I could locate was about economy. It would help to have few more English channels and one with music. 2)Bed and pillow were too soft 3)Served meals at dinner look very fancy but actually do not taste as good. All in all, a pleasant hotel for a ski vacation
