Hotel con parcheggio a Schiller Park

Viaggiavo da solo e il mio camion si è rotto faceva freddo, l'Hampton era dall'altra parte della strada. Mi è stato dato un ottimo affare per questo soggiorno.

Yes, this is an old property, dating back to the early 60s (and it shows). It was a bit rough around the edges in places, but the room was clean, and I didn't have any issues with noise. Shower pressure was a bit inconsistent at times. No breakfast available, but there are places nearby, such as a pancake place. I didn't try the restaurant for lunch or dinner. For the price I was more than satisfied. Also, Kudos to them for allowing a very early check-in at 10am and for accepting a parcel for me. For solely those reasons I give it 4 stars.

The hotel was clean and roomy. Our stay was great ! When we checked in, the two people who waited on us, were absolutely fantastic. Edward was one of them, and we didn't get the name of the other gal. But they were absolutely fantastic, and should be sought by every hotel, as the perfect customer service employees. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hotel provides shuttle to airport/ CTA blue line rosemount / outlet, there’s a grocery store ALDI next to it, Pizzeria UNO is in the hotel, free hot breakfast…nice staff, what can I ask for more?Definitely will go back again if I travel with some budget.

My wife, daughter and I booked this hotel to drive in to Chicago for a concert coming from STL. We arrived and got our room around 3 in the afternoon, dropped off our bags, changed and left within 10 minutes to catch the train into the city. We got back to the hotel around 2:15 AM after the concert, food and a train ride back. When we got there our room key would not work. No big deal, we went and asked for a new one, well the 2nd one did not work either, went back and asked for another, 3rd key did not work either, went back to office and the guy on duty, who was too preoccupied with his phone, finally got up and went to try it. He 1st walked the wrong way to our room, after I directed him to our room, he could not get the door either. All we wanted was to get our stuff and leave at this point. His solution was to put us in another room until the morning and deal with it then. I was livid at this point and demanded that we get in our room to get our stuff so we could leave. He must have called somebody else after I raised my voice because he came back out and told us the room was open. We ran to our room to get our things and get them in the car. I went back to the office to ask for a refund seeing as we had not used the room and he was basically holding our things hostage for an hour at this point. He said he would not. I argued with him and he said he called a manager who would be there in 10 minutes. While we were waiting, we saw 2 cop cars roll up. Ol' boy had called the cops on us and told them we were trying to fight him. The police told him we were right and he owed us a refund but they couldn't make him. We ended up leaving without a refund and drove back to STL that night/morning. NEVER will I go there again. Rude, unclean place with bugs, rats and the rooms smelled of **** and cigarettes.
