Exceptional service from the delightful staff from the manager down the the gardeners. Everyone bent over backwards to make our stay in the hotel as pleasurable as possible.. The service industry in the UK could learn a great deal from these wonderful people.

A great hotel, very friendly welcoming staff who are always willing to help. A good selection of food which was delicious!! Nice swimming pool, could have done with a couple more sun beds. Room were large and well furnished, AC was not brilliant in our room but ceiling fan helped. Great location for safaris. We had a great stay in this hotel, highly recommend!!!

Great hotel close to Ranthambore park . Lovely comfortable room with polite , helpful staff . Indoor and outdoor shower . Great swimming pool and spa Enjoyed breakfast and evening meal at the hotel and had a cocktail in the bar . Perfect location for a trip to the park

We stayed here two nights as part of a large tour of India. Our agent chose this hotel for us. The positives. The service by the staff is incredibly good with particular excellence from the general manager, the bar and the waiters. The food quality is very good for a buffet. Don’t like it? They’ll make you so thing else. And the naan breads are freshly baked and are unlimited. They were wonderful. The rooms are large and the bed was very comfortable. We slept very well. The AC is excellent. The negatives Parts of the hotel are getting tired. Which is probably why they gave the builders and decorators in right now (which was noisy by the pool). The owner needs to invest in repair and upkeep. The drinks are a little pricey even by British standards. £7 gin, £6 beer, £30 for a bottle of wine - then you get 20% tax added on top. We are finding that most hotels in India do charge a lot for drinks. Is it a 5 star? On service yes. On estate no. Would we stay here again? Yes once the decoration and repairs are done.

Excellent service I would like to mention the bartender Manoj. He was kind attentive and went out of his way for me Room was clean Food was great I recommend it and would return I only think we should not have to write so much for the review til be submitted

Great property, rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Need immense work on the food (esp flavour and presentation - big disappointment), though. Service is great, as well. Rakesh ji - the property manager is very friendly and helpful!

The service is outstanding at this comfortable lodge near Ranthambhore Tiger Sanctuary. The lodge is a small distance from town, and it feels like a sanctuary in comparison to the busy, loud streets. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the pool is lovely. We stayed 6 nights. Any request was quickly and cheerfully accommodated.

Unfortunately my husband became ill on our way to the hotel, absolutely nothing to do with the food or hygiene at the Kothi, but the staff were amazingly kind and caring. They provided room service and made very helpful suggestions for his care. Luckily with rest and medication he was better for the remainder of the trip . The Hotel was very clean, the room spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The meals were buffet style and very tasty. Bottled water was provided on each table. Hotel is very convenient for safaris.

I vivited this hotel a part of a small group tour, my room was lovely and clean, spaciuos with an indoor and outdoor showwer. I had a spa treatmeent and it was wonderful, highly recommend. The food was great with enough variety to help with all food tastes, I personally loved all their curries and Dhal. The staff were friendly, attentive and professional.
