Very bad experience. No contact in english firstly. Wrong information about the number of personnes (we were 2+2). It was available for 4 personnes. When we arrived that told us that they have No accomodation for us. We do Not recommend it. Not pro client

Trotz sehr zeitiger Anreise, sehr herzlicher Empfang und Zimmer schon Bezugsfertig. Zimmer mit Meerblick wie man es sich vorstellt. Ausstattung modern, alles was man braucht. Frühstück sensationell, reichliche Auswahl, täglich neues Angebot. Frühstücksraum lädt durch sein familiäres Ambiente und die Aussicht auf den Hafen zum längeren verweilen ein. Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen wieder! Liebe Grüße Mandy und Jens aus Dresden

Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast im Hotel Waterkant in Sassnitz. Die Lage ist bezaubernd, gleich oberhalb des Yachthafens mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, als wir abends angereist sind. An gekühlten Getränken konnten wir uns bedienen. Kaffee sowie Tee standen kostenfrei bereit. Das Zimmer war modern, hell und neu eingerichtet. Unser Comfort Doppelzimmer hatte zusätzlich einen Balkon zum Meer und Klimaanlage. Das Frühstücksbuffet, so hübsch auf einem Boot angerichtet, war abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig. Wir waren total begeistert. So konnten wir prima in den Urlaubstag starten. Die Aussicht über die Ostsee vom Frühstückssaal ist einmalig. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns viele Empfehlungen für Ausflüge gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gern bald wieder einmal einige Tage im Hotel Waterkant verbringen. Alles Gute für das Team des Hotels!

Eine neue Leitung hat sich wohl selbst die Bewertungen geschrieben. Mit dem Handy umgehen, können sie, viel mehr aber auch nicht. Es wird gespart an allen Ecken und Enden. Gleich abkassieren, am besten noch in Bar und dann wird der Gast sich selbst überlassen. Zum Saubermachen sieht man jedenfalls keinen. Alle scheinen doch sehr überlastet zu sein. Die Lage ist wirklich gut, weil man aufs Meer blickt. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht.
