Hotel ristorante e terme fantastico. Cibo squisito. Alle 12 zuppe ottime. Colazione e cena buffet tutto buono. Ho mangiato per 30 anni Macrobiotica. Ensana terme io e mio figlio abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Camera pulita. Terme spettacolari. Presto tornerò. Anche i massaggi Ayurvedici fantastici.. Ottimo

We said that we would come back - and we have. It is even better this time. A superbly run hotel and everything is just perfect. Clearly, the management know exactly what they are doing and so are able to motivate the staff who are also really nice people. The highlight has been the food - absolutely excellent. What a wonderful range of everything. Freshly prepared and mouth watering. It is all too tempting! It's mid January and the place is buzzing - well deserved. We will come back again in Spring. Well done you guys !!!

Отель очень понравился - местоположение, обслуживание, внимательный персонал на reception. Особенная благодарность работнику reception Georgi , который терпеливо отвечал на наши вопросы и помог справиться с проблемами оплаты дополнительных дней пребывания. Прекрасный заповедный парк с огромными платанами отличное место для прогулок. В 20 минутах ходьбы красивейшее озеро для любителей более длительных маршрутов. Через дорогу большой supermarket , где можно побаловать себя ягодами, фруктами.

Ich war vor x Jahren schon einmal in diesem Hotel und hatte es als eher "abgewohnt" und mit einem "leicht sozialistischen Touch" in Erinnerung. Umso größer war die positive Überraschung bei meinem aktuellen Besuch. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und geschmackvoll renoviert. Vom Mobiliar bis zur Farbgebung vermitteln sie einen sehr einladenden Eindruck. Das Hotel bietet Halbpension für alle Gäste. Positiv überrascht war ich auch von der Qualität der Speisen, sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen. Getränke kann man à la carte bestellen, auch hier ist der Service recht aufmerksam. Das Schwergewicht des Hauses liegt natürlich auf den Kur- und Wellnesseinrichtungen. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Thermalpools (1 Innenpool und 2 Außenpools) sowie einen separaten Wellnessbereich. Darauf bezieht sich mein Hauptkritikpunkt: Sauna und Dampfbad bieten jeweils nicht viel mehr als 5 Plätze. Das ist bei Vollbelegung des Hauses natürlich viel zu wenig. Bei der Kurrezeption können Kuranwendungen gebucht werden, auch kurzfristig. Das Haus bietet (langsames) Internet, das in den Zimmern oft leider gar nicht funktioniert.
