The hotel is brand new and includes several buildings in a nice park in front of the beach. I appreciate the excellent service and food, the quality of the room, the private beach. Being in a park, there could be mosquitoes, I suggest to bring a mosquito repellent with you.

The hotel has modern and luxurious construction. It is clean and well-kept, with a beautiful garden and modern amenities, next to the beach. Perfect for spring and autumn. The indoor pool is beautiful but while it is supposed to be a spa for relaxation, it gathers a lot of children who go to play.

An amazing resort, we almost forgot we were in Athens. Clean, modern, comfortable. The personnel was friendly and always smiley and helpful. Prices were very fair and the quality of food satisfactory. Definitely we will come back next month.

Front desk is a hell of an experience . 20 mins checkin time . extending a booking is another nightmare , they keep moving you from 1 room to the other one and check you in all the way from the beggining . Its really crazy

訂了兩間海景房，無敵海景view，酒店環境非常好，晚上可以散步，設施也很齊全，配有健身房，一個室內泳池、兩個室外泳池，還有一個海上樂園，工作人員的態度也非常友好，總之入住愉快，小孩兒特開心

(+) voorzieningen en eten erg goed. mooie kamers. zwembaden super. personeel in het restaurant vriendelijk. eind juli en begin aug voelde het ook niet vreselijk druk ook al scheen het hotel aardig vol te zitten.
(-)personeel bij de receptie helaas vreselijk nukkig en onaardig. ook altijd lange wachtrijen. niet goed voor elkaar.
online vincci app wordt ook niet op gelet terwijl er wel op gewezen wordt bij receptie. meldingen of bestellingen worden niet door het personeel gelezen of bijgehouden. dit weet je niet als klant, moet je zien achter te komen.
tevens belachelijk dat je voor een flesje water 2 euro moet betalen. in GR is een flesje altijd 50 cent waar dan ook. vraag dat ook vooral om kraanwater!
strand niet echt een mooie plek. vele mooiere te krijgen aan die baai.

l'hôtel est trés beau , le buffet petit déjeuner est parfait, les chambres sont propres, mais le service laisse à désirer .
En effet, la piscine ferme à 19H , et on vous met à la porte à 18H20 déjà alors que vous avez encore un verre à la main et qu'il fait encore jour et 33° à l'ombre, le Bar du haut pareil à 23H fermé, alors qu'il doit fermé à 00H normalement. L'approvisionnement dans la chambre se fait rarement ( manque café thé eau gobelet.....)et le room service est inexistant le soir à 22H ( J'ai demandé des gobelet pour pouvoir boire un café dans la chambre, on m'as dit *room service closed* lol .
Cependant, le GROVE BAR, reste une exception avec de très bons cocktails et une service impeccable fournis par ANDREAS.
