Had one of the best holidays we've ever had. All of the staff are absolutely lovely and welcoming and even though the hotel itself only quite small it makes up for it with character. Rooms: Spacious, beds were comfortable, room was cleaned every day, aircon is phenomenal and included is a safe and mini bar (items are chargeable for this) Food: The food on site was of good quality with a varied menu, breakfast was traditional Turkish and also the staff will cook omelette or eggs of your choosing. Staff: All staff including reception, cleaners and catering staff really go out of their way to ensure your stay is enjoyable and loved the banter from Ali and Simon. Pool: Pool is in a L shape design and we always found available sunbeds. The lower floors at the hotel have swim up rooms which just adds to the experience. Pool is a bit cooler than the sea and about 1.5m deep. Other: Even though food prices are good at the hotel there is a little shop Asli Market situated about 30m away which is ideal for snacks and drinks and their prices are so cheap. The beach is about a 12 minute walk away and when you get checked in at the hotel you get issued a wristband which means you can use a section of sunbeds on the beach free of charge during your stay. Also at the beach is an a great cafeteria where you can purchase drinks, food and homemade pancakes made in a traditional Turkish way. 10 mins walk in the opposite direction is the main ***** of Sarigerme. The shop sellers are a bit pushy however all are respectful. We found an excellent restaurant called the dolphin, the food was more expensive than the hotel however it was definitely worth it and we had our evening meal here most of the time. We did initially book the X Life Hotel but changed hotels due to the terrible reviews and we are so glad we did. This was a perfect low stress holiday which was well needed especially over our wedding anniversary. Forgot to say we also did a couple of trips which included visiting a traditional Turkish spa and also going to the mud baths and turtle beach which was once again good value for money and just added a special touch to such a wonderful holiday.

The most amazing hotel. Everything and everyone was perfect from the moment we drove in through the main entrance. Room was very clean and refreshing. Pools were superb. The grounds were immaculate. Food - wow, such a selection from so many restaurants. Activities were plentiful, big thank you to Seda with the aqua gym. And to Berkan in the fitness centre / archery and cycling. A big thank you to all the friendly staff at this hotel, all were very smartly dressed, always smiling, always helpful. Best hotel I have ever stayed at ( and I have stayed at rather a lot ). Can’t wait until next year to come back.

Il nostro soggiorno di notte a Dolphin Apart Hotel Dalaman è stato un preludio confortevole per la nostra vacanza principale a Hilton. Più male che abbiamo soggiornato in Turchia. Le camere non hanno visto alcuna rigenerazione per molto tempo. Il servizio in camera è terribile, i piani sono sempre sporchi. E la cosa peggiore è che qualcuno ha fatto un bel colpo sulla nostra auto nel parcheggio di questo hotel e non hanno nemmeno la fotocamera disponibile. Dopo una situazione così piacevole, il ricevitore che si è presentato come manager di hotel non ha nemmeno accettato di rimborsare il lussuoso 150€ che abbiamo pagato per due notti qui. L'ospitalità turca che abbiamo incontrato qui è notevole! La cosa migliore è che questo hotel è unico e ogni altro hotel sarà molto meglio!

Il pasto e la cena del mattino e del tempo libero sono molto comodi, ma le strutture dell'hotel sono un po'vecchie e l'acqua di bagno è molto dolce Ma la cena è molto buona al mattino e il primo piano di spa turco è molto interessante per provare. In sintesi, il rapporto prezzo è molto alto
