BED BUGS!! My son and I were arrived at the hotel for his hockey weekend. My son who was sleeping in the bed, while I slept on the pull out coach, woke me up at 2:30a because he had bugs on him. There we're bugs big and small on the sheets, in his hair, between the mattress and crawling on the wall. I called the front desk and they said they had spray. I went down to get the spray and ask if we could be transferred to another room. He said they had nothing available. I asked to speak to the manager, he said they'd be in at 7a. I tried to call 3 other hotels and they had nothing available. My son ”slept” sitting at the desk. I went down to the front desk at 7:30a and the Assistant Manager did give us another room then and did give us a refund for that nights ”stay”. I personally went out and had to get ”Bed bug spray” and spray our own bags. I also put our clothes through the dryer to reduce the risk of carrying any ”Bed Bugs” home. None of this was suggested by the hotel. Since we've been home, I have to call the General Manager to get an Incident report 3 times over the last 3 days and have gotten 0 response.. This is very poor customer service, other than the Assistant Manager, no one helped or has responded.

Dopo aver soggiornato nel Adelphi qualche anno fa, mia moglie e io speravamo che la nostra esperienza fosse migliore o migliore di quella che avevamo fatto prima. La nostra camera non disponeva di aria condizionata o di servizio TV durante la nostra prima notte di soggiorno. Ciò è stato ricordato dal personale che inizialmente ci ha detto che l'hotel non ha sottoscritto i canali televisivi che ci hanno dato un problema e ci ha suggerito di trasmettere il servizio televisivo, ma che le informazioni erano inesatte. Dopo un po' di tempo ho dovuto ricontactare i servizi degli ospiti che sembravano aver dimenticato i nostri problemi con la stanza. Poco dopo che il secondo ingegnere chiamato è venuto in camera nostra e ha dovuto riavviare la TV che, dandoci accesso ai canali di servizio ospite aveva detto che l'hotel non aveva.La questione di raffreddamento della camera non è stata vista fino alla nostra seconda notte. Per affrontare la questione fredda, i servizi ospiti ci hanno trasferiti da quella stanza a una suite aggiornata, che mia moglie e io siamo stati soddisfatti fino a quando non abbiamo provato a guardare un po' di TV e la stessa questione televisiva è avvenuta con la nostra stanza originale. La porta del doccia era difficile da aprire e chiudere, ma per aggravare le cose, ci svegliamo presto al mattino dalla costruzione che era in corso all'hotel. Apparentemente la nostra suite migliorata era vicino alla porta di costruzione, questo era il fine settimana di compleanno di mia moglie e non era quello che speravamo fosse.

Siamo rimasti qui in maggio per partecipare a un matrimonio. Era un posto fantastico, mentre potevamo camminare in centro. Il sabato abbiamo camminato al mercato del Farmer e abbiamo mangiato lì. Anche il Old Bryan Inn è vicino per pranzo o cena. La nostra camera reale aveva un frigorifero, una microonde e una cassaforte. Il letto era molto comodo. Anche se l'hotel era pieno il fine settimana, eravamo li' a causa di un diploma universitario, era un bel posto tranquillo. Le camere sono servite ogni 2 giorni. Mi sorprende che il letto non fosse stato fatto il giorno in cui il personale di pulizia entrava. Ho lasciato solo una rivista sul letto e il desktop ha detto che se c'era qualcosa sul letto, il letto non sarà fatto. Questo Marriott ha una piscina e un bistro dove si può mangiare. Non c'era alcun costo per il parcheggio. Rimarrei qui.
