Essendo un hotel a cinque stelle, il servizio è troppo scadente. In realtà non è buono come quello di una catena di hotel nazionale. Le strutture hardware sono nella media, quasi uguali a quelle di un hotel nazionale a tre stelle.

La camera è pulita e igienica, tutte le strutture e le attrezzature funzionano bene, il parcheggio è molto comodo, è di prima classe nella zona della Bosnia ed Erzegovina!

Ho soggiornato qui per una notte all'inizio di questa settimana come parte di un viaggio in pullman. Quando ho aperto la porta della mia stanza sono rimasta a bocca aperta! Non riuscivo a capacitarmi di quanto fosse fantastico! Enorme! La camera da letto/salotto è in una grande stanza, il grande bagno, che ha una vasca, una doccia nella vasca, WC, bidet e due lavandini, e una buona gamma di articoli da toeletta dall'odore meraviglioso. Ero particolarmente grato per la lozione per il corpo. Dopo alcuni giorni in pullman, l'aria condizionata aveva iniziato a dare fastidio alla mia pelle. La crema idratante ha sicuramente aiutato! :) C'è anche una hall con una cabina armadio (lo specchio si apre) che contiene carta igienica di riserva, vestaglie, pantofole, cassaforte e altro. Le viste su Sarajevo sono semplicemente stupende (la mia camera era all'ottavo piano). Il ristorante si trova all'ultimo piano (15°) ed è un ristorante girevole. Il cibo era delizioso. Avevamo zuppa di pollo per antipasto, carne in salsa con verdure per il pasto principale e cheesecake all'arancia per dessert. La colazione del mattino seguente era fantastica! C'era una scelta enorme: quasi tutto ciò a cui potresti pensare! Il personale è cordiale e professionale. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel e spero davvero di tornarci un giorno.

Siamo stati sistemati qui durante la notte dalla compagnia aerea a causa di un volo cancellato, quindi non ho alcun commento sui prezzi. È stato un breve soggiorno molto piacevole. Camera e bagno molto grandi e puliti. Abbiamo cenato gratuitamente nel ristorante sul tetto che ruota e serviva un menu fisso, ma era buono. Il servizio era piuttosto lento, non so se fosse normale o perché c'erano molte persone scese dall'aereo che erano lì. Anche la colazione è gratuita nel ristorante sul tetto e in stile buffet. Hanno una navetta da e per l'aeroporto e non sono sicuro che sia gratuita o meno, anche la compagnia aerea avrebbe coperto quello. C'è una piccola spa con prezzi eccellenti: massaggio di 60 minuti per € 26

Devo essere sincero: sono rimasto molto deluso da questo hotel perché non riesco a immaginare come questo sia un hotel a 5 stelle. Fatta eccezione per un'accoglienza molto gentile e cordiale alla reception all'arrivo, non posso dire di essere rimasto soddisfatto dell'hotel. Uno dei maggiori problemi è stato che ho prenotato questo hotel a causa dell'area spa apparentemente gigante, che era chiusa durante il mio soggiorno lì. A quanto pare non si tratta di un problema occasionale, poiché ho scoperto che la spa è regolarmente chiusa. Non capisco perché questo non possa essere dichiarato in anticipo tramite notifica via email e perché non ho ricevuto alcun risarcimento per questo problema. Ho prenotato il Radon Plaza appositamente per l'area spa, altrimenti non avrei mai soggiornato in questo hotel a dire il vero. Una delle mie peggiori rivelazioni è stata proprio a colazione. Non ho mai visto una colazione così schifosa e disgustosa in un hotel a 5 stelle in Bosnia e ne ho viste parecchie adesso. Non c'erano tovaglioli o posate per prendere gli oggetti dal buffet, le persone usavano le mani nude. Era semplicemente disgustoso. Anche i camerieri non erano molto cordiali, ho dovuto prendere le mie posate da un altro tavolo.

As a frequent traveler to Europe, where I've stayed in various hotels, I'll say that this - The hotel is solid, but not necessarily a 5 star hotel (Trust me, I've stayed here twice). The front desk staff are very friendly, but not all equally trained or aware. The best front desk agent I dealt with at this hotel is Asad - If I'm getting his name right - I would even go as far and call him a model employee! A standard of service from him that genuinely carries 5 Star Hotelier service. Breakfast was the typical European style buffet and an had okay verity, but was not WOW. Room was clean and spacious as always. The location was good for me, but if your looking for something near the old part of town, this may not be the location for you. Otherwise no other hotel in Sarajevo can compete with the size of the room and readily available parking as this hotel and its location carries. While the rooms are definitely starting to look tired, they're well maintained otherwise. I look forward to coming back a third time to this property.

I will give an honest review here, since we have stayed in hotels of all different categories all over Europe (and other places). This hotel is categorised as a 5*, but is deffinitely far from this. I will begin with it’s location, which is ok, close to shopping centres and Ilidza (both about 5min drive) and about 10-15 minutes drive from Bascarsija. About parking space, hotel does offer one, but it’s payable and not the cheapest for BIH. Reception area looks nice, reception STAFF also nice, no complaints about that. Hotel room is ok, it was a bit colder temperature..problem with heating I guess, but enough space, nice view, there is everything you need and what is supposed to be in a 5* hotel. The only thing that bothered me was bathroom, which was definetly not clean enough and should really be renovated . We stayed here three nights on B&B. Now about the breakfast..dining room looks nice, great views up there..STAFF greets you Good morning and everything and then a few minutes later you hear them loud cursing and talking unapropriate in front of guests. Is this for real?? In a 5* hotel?? About the food..eggs cold every morning, and I mean every morning. Not a lot to choose from, especially vegetables-low budget, nothing fresh. In general breakfast very poor, but ok, since we are not fussy we could find something.. Pool is not in function. Gym is O my Lord…Scarry Movie, and I mean that. Last year we stayed in Hotel Hills, which is in Ilidza and these two hotels cannot compare in any way…If you want to stay in Sarajevo in a real 5* hotel I recommend hotel Hills, which will satisfiy the most picky guest I am sure. To Radon Plaza I would give a 3* maximum. It is way bellow 5* standard in every category. We only stayed here because there was no room available in Hills in our period of staying and thought it would be a nice 5* substitute to our first choice, but we will definetly not return to this hotel.

Very nice clean hotel with such very helpful staff. I would like to thank the staff on reception in particular for their help. We had dinner one night in the revolving restaurant which was delicious. Breakfast is also served there which was excellent, lots of choice. The bed room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed, big bathroom and dressing area and as it was on a circular it had amazing views. Only issue was the lack of a swimming pool, this was extremely disappointing as I was on a retreat I was really looking forward to swimming and this necessitated taking a taxi to local spa. Also, its a bit of a way to Sarajevo old town which I loved but there are lots of taxis. Overall really good but no pool makes the rating down for me.
