I got a room with 1 bed and a pull out bed on a couch. I took the top sheet off the bed to put on the pull out bed and found blood on my bed. It was not a whole lot of blood.... but it was still blood nonetheless. I talked to the night time receptionist and she assured me to speak with the manager in the morning and something would be done because they had no rooms available and I couldn’t have my 4 year old sleep in the car. We slept on the pull out couch and when I went to speak with the manager the next morning I was treated as if it was my fault. She told me there was nothing she could do or was willing to do because I booked through Hotels.com. Karina (the “general manager”) absolutely refused to help me in anyway. She called the police to have me leave when I became frustrated of the situation. Fast forward 3 days. I have spoken to person after person. And turns out Karina has all the control to issue a refund of any kind. And has denied it multiple times. I didn’t expect my money back or anything for that matter. But I did expect some common courtesy and maybe some respect as a human being who had to deal with someone else’s blood. I was dismissed and treated very poorly. In all of that Karina didn’t even say “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” one time. I would not recommend wasting your time or your money on this facility. It wasn’t worth even a sliver of the $200 I paid and the customer service? Don’t get me started. Very very sad this is where we had to start our vacation.

Che scoprire! Per un hotel di bilancio, questo era davvero fantastico. Il lobby e la nostra stanza erano deliziosamente decorati e molto puliti. Tutto era in buona ordine di lavoro e niente sembrava sbattuto o bisogno di riparazione. Il nostro letto era molto confortevole, anche se potresti voler prendere il tuo cuscino se possibile.La nostra camera aveva un po'di caratteristiche extra che erano molto utili. Oltre al mini frigo e alla microonde, c'era un bar bagnato con un contatore extralungo e poche cabine di tipo cucina. (Suppongo che siano un magazzino extra per un soggiorno esteso.) Oltre al desk ampiamente, c'era un altro tavolo della stessa altezza e profondità. Ciò significa che due persone potrebbero avere un desktop, o la tavola supplementare potrebbe essere utilizzata per immobilizzare il bagaglio o altri grandi oggetti in alto o in basso, o le due parti potrebbero essere posizionate alla fine per fare una tavola supplementare lungo progetto, se necessario. Kudos al designer di questa stanza e dei suoi mobili. Attenzioni: ci sono stati molti uscite elettriche, anche se non è necessariamente facile raggiungere, quindi se avete un sacco di elettronica, prendete un filo di estensione o due. Prendete anche i vostri bagni. Grazie per il piacevole soggiorno all'Hotel Glenpool!

Il servizio clienti della squadra a questo DoubleTree è stato assolutamente stellare!!! Mia moglie mi ha sorpreso con un soggiorno di fine settimana e dal momento che siamo arrivati Ja’Vaughn ha svolto il tappeto rosso. Eravamo trattati come re e regina, e questo è stato molto apprezzato. Da offrire richieste speciali alla prenotazione di una stanza al piano alto con pace e tranquillità per goderci il nostro, era eccellente essere trattati come royalty. Paula era così graziosa con il suo bel sorriso e lo spirito di dare, un soggiorno impressionante con il DoubleTree a Warren Place.

Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo a Jenks Oklahoma. Molto da fare, persone super gentili da quando siamo entrati sul desk, al custodia di casa. Abbiamo anche visto tutti, a, e poteva sedersi fuori e celebrare il 4 luglio, con loro!!!! Antico negozi, l'acquario, le biciclette elettriche e scooter ... così divertente.
