Hotel in zona Susukino, Sapporo

I recently stayed at Mercure Sapporo, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering great comfort after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers.

Il nostro soggiorno recente all'Hotel Sapporo Stream è stato un'esperienza meravigliosa e lo consigliamo molto, soprattutto per le famiglie con bambini piccoli. La posizione dell'hotel è veramente invincibile it’è convenientemente situato vicino alle principali attrazioni, ristoranti e trasporti pubblici, rendendo facile esplorare Sapporo senza alcun problema. L'accessibilità dell'hotel è stata un cambiamento di gioco per famiglie come la nostra che viaggiano con un camminatore, direttamente accessibile al Cocono Suskino Mall e poi direttamente verso la zona della stazione. È raro trovare un hotel che consideri per le famiglie, e apprezzavamo davvero il design pensativo. Il servizio di custodia è stato un altro punto di riferimento del nostro soggiorno. L'hotel che assicura efficacemente la nostra camera è ben accantonato con il loro “menu” di opzioni di custodia! Come si aspettava in un hotel giapponese, la stanza era compatta ma con pensiero progettata. Anche se aprire due valigie allo stesso tempo era una sfida, questo è tipico per gli hotel in Giappone. Lo spazio è stato ben utilizzato e abbiamo trovato il suo confortevole e sufficiente per soddisfare le nostre esigenze. In generale, l'Hotel Sapporo Stream ha superato le nostre aspettative con la sua posizione migliore, l'accessibilità familiare e un'ottima sistemazione. Sebbene la dimensione della camera possa essere un leggero aggiustamento per alcuni, è un piccolo scambio per la comodità e la qualità del servizio fornito. Ci saremmo lieti di rimanere qui ancora una volta per la prossima visita a Sapporo!

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of the room quality and amenities as well as the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. The place was not spiffy clean but also got that that very homey feel. The winter season makes this hotel even more attractive as it comforts you well amidst the cold outside the premises. The breakfast was unique and we enjoyed the variety that was available daily. The location is also the best as public transportation is easily accessible but we were mostly taking cabs as we booked arrangements in other places that were a bit far and this was the last leg of our Japan vacation and we had less strength to us public transportation. We truly recommend this hotel especially to groups and families visiting Sapporo.

Spent 5nights in this hotel and we loved it. Close to everything. If ever we will go back in Sapporo will surely book the same hotel. Will also recommend to friends. We traveled DIY and we didn’t had a hard time staying in this hotel. Few minutes walk from bus stop from and to airport. Very convenient.

Location : very convenient, subway is just infront of the hotel Cleanliness: the bed and room is so clean, no bed bugs love it so much. Amenities: they have all sorts of Amenities provided. But you would have to collect it near the front desk. They have so many things such as, mask, toothbrush, comb, shaver(very good one) and many more Service: staff are very polite and helpful, the only drawback is they are not proficient in english. But at least they try to provide the best service. No complaints Overall: recommended and nothing to complain

Grande luogo! Veramente grande rispetto ad altri hotel in Sapporo/grande città. Quando sono arrivato, esaurito da un lungo viaggio e da una lunga coda di Sushiten, ho fatto un check-in all'hotel e ho dormito su questo divano fino a tardi alla notte!!! Adoro che ci sia un 7-11 collegato all'hotel che puoi usare la tua scheda di tastiera per aprire un'altra parte del negozio.

The room is clean and spacious, so you would have enough space to open your luggage completely. The location of the hotel is not far from the station, so you just take a couple of mins to walk. Apart from that, the staff is quite friendly. As long as they see you need help, they will assist you immediately. Although I don't understand how to speak Japanese, they still try to explain what they mean to me.

This is really the best IBIS Styles I have ever stayed in! Everything is just perfect. Great location, close to the metro stop, within walkable distance to all the hotspots, and amenities available that are really above and beyond typical IBIS Styles hotels. The staff were friendly and super helpful, there's a nice sushi restaurant and even a Lawson convenience store on site. Premium rooms are specious and lovely. Highly recommended!
