The hotel is very clean and breakfast was good. Location is very convenient just beside Tanukikojo Shopping street. Near Susukino station.

Super nice hotel. You name it, you have it! Just doirstwp to the shopping street. Nice room, nice breakfast and very value for money. If you book during low season , wait cos there will be last minutes discount.

Great location. Nice onsen but better avoid rush hour in lounge so no need to wait for everything. Enjoyable with self selection of drinks

Second time staying here again in Sapporo, this time with my family! Location and service was fantastic the last time I stayed with my partner ✨ free hot bath that’s cozy and clean is also a plus! Room was a lil tight for 3 pax, the extra bed was a foldable one, so take note that it should be the lightest of your group to sleep on it haha 👀 Got to try their breakfast this time round and I must say it’s 3.5/5 , just because it the price you paid for, nothing super delicious but it begins early enough to get your stomach warm to start the day for your adventure! Highly recommend for travelers needing a place to stay and sleep without too much amenities/ space 👍🏻

This is the 2nd time staying in this hotel, traffic, shopping, tour, everything very convenient. Airport bus is nearby, better choose this hotel.

Convenient location, located in the heart of Susukino. It is near to train station, shopping streets, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the communal bath, which opens till late.

Excellent location. Clean and new amenities. Room size is a bit small for a triple room. Overall , good experience.

Booked connecting room for my family. The onsen is ok. Too few washing machine and dryer. (Only 2) , need to pay also since it’s coin machine. Was asked to park at public car park though I booked to stay for 3 nights. Still need to pay for parking 2000 yen per night
