This is a splendid hotel. The staff are top class, nothing was a problem. It's very close to Sapporo JR station. The property is immaculate, it feels like brand new. Our room was typical Japanese, cosy 😉. We used the laundry and it was spotless too. Well worth booking this hotel 5🌟

We have super nice stay at the hotel. The hotel is new and the location is very convenient. It is just a corner next to the north exit of Sapporo station which has wheelchair accessible (in case you don't want to carry heavy luggage up or down stairs). The cleanliness is perfect.

Excellent location, surrounded by convenient stores. Out the station cross the road and you are at the hotel.

Location is perfect if you are looking for a hotel near sapporo train station. It's just 3 minutes walk so very convenient. There are combini nearby (7-eleven and lawson). They clean my room every day. Change towels, empty the trash bins which is really good. The room size is bigger than tokyo. I just feel they can improve on food. I stayed for 4 days and the breakfast is the same menu every single day, nothing new on each day. Also, while they provide free coffee there's no bottled water given. Initially when I asked the receptionist, I was told I can drink from a cup on the 2nd floor (where food is being served and so as the free coffee) however on my 2nd night I went to the "pantry" to get a water and there's none, when I went to the receptionist and ask, I was told to drink from the bathroom faucet.

The location of this hotel is very near to Sapporo JR station. Lots of food and shopping outlets nearby. The breakfast was very good. However, it’s best to have breakfast after 8am to avoid the morning crowd.

I was here to meet a tour group that I will accompany and this was close to the the place that I will pick them up. So it was a good stay considering that it was clean and smells good.

New, clean and assesible. Will visit the hotel again in our next trip to Sapporo.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Walk 3 minutes to nearest convenience 24 hrs shops to buy food and drinks. It is close to JR station and bus stop for site viewing with group tour.

Just 3 mins walk from JR Station. It's really helpful because walking during snowing time 3 min vs 10mins makes a difference (although underground walk is available but we can't find the entrance.) So this is a good choice for us as we wil leaving to otaru from sapporo station the next day. Beside the hotel there is 711 where 7bank atm is available. Room wise, for 20m2 twin bed we have the space to open 2 large luggage (28inch). Tis is important as a number of 3-4 stars hotel in sapporo has room size of 13 to 18m2 which I assume is difficult to open up 2 large luggage inside the room. Bathroom n toilet are separated. The biggest surprise is the breakfast, very complete with local hokkaido breakfast, dessert and western breakfast. Dairy products are superb. We are so satisfied with the breakfast.

Location is excellent as so close to JR Sapporo station. Staff are helpful as I left my bag at the lobby n they kept it for me till the next day I returned to pick up. All the staff from young to old are very polite and friendly. Feel like you are welcome to the hotel.

I like the location - it’s near to the JR station and various car rentals. The staff was very friendly too.

Great location and service, water pressure is good too. Love the breakfast. Very convenient amenities like washing machines (you can exchange coins at the front desk). Helpful English speaking staff. Overall very happy with my stay. May come back again!
