The distance is quite walkable to the train station but during winter and snowy days, it could be a bit difficult to move your luggage. The room is somehow spacious for only me as it has double decker. But the toilet is a bit smelly and small i think

We had a good rest at this hotel. Nothing to complaint for the price.

Surprisingly good for the price! Room can comfortably accommodate 6. However don’t expect any service because even the reception at the front desk is hardly around

Easy to find and close to all amenities. Spacious room and easy access. No one is at the front counter at night make sure to follow instructions on the iPad provided.

北海道大学の卒業式に参列し、また子どもの引っ越しを手伝いたいために予約しました。 レジデンス棟には仲の良い友人が住んでいる建物だったので、その偶然を驚きながら 人生で初めてセミダブルの2段ベットを経験しました。 お陰で部屋を有効利用した広さで、スーツケースを開け広げするのも余裕。ベットを回避して遠回りするホテル生活が常。から考えると、まるで別感覚の利用体験でした。 シャワーが強烈で温かいお風呂に入れて気持ちよかったです。 しかし、蛇口の構造が微妙で、適温を調整するのが難しい点が難でした。 そらと、枕が臭かった。 前に使った人が生乾きの髪で寝て、むれ臭くなったものだった事が残念です。 ひっくり返せば大丈夫だったので、ギリギリセーフでした。 時期的に雪が積もっており、北側玄関のメインエントランス側の歩道が全く雪かきされていなかったので、スーツケースを転がすことは不可能でした。 誰も雪かきしないのですね。残念です。 それ以外はコスパもロケーションもとても良いので、札幌へ行く際にはまた利用したいと思いました。 お勧めですよ。

房間是由老舊公寓改造的，到處都是黴點。廁所一股尿騷味並且無法確定是從哪個上面發出來的，排氣扇很響並且效果不好。門漏風下鋪有涼風。到處都有灰。衞生太差了。唯一的優點是兩張床都是1.4米的，入住監管不嚴可能可以偷偷擠四個人。The room was converted from an old apartment, and there were mold spots everywhere. The bathroom smells like urine and can't determine where it's coming from, and the exhaust fan is loud and ineffective. There is cool air under the door leak. There's ash everywhere. The hygiene is terrible. The only advantage is that the two beds are 1.4 meters, and the accommodation is not strictly supervised, which may secretly squeeze four people.

9樓 房間很大，訂的是雙人房，另外有一個房間放了兩個上下層床。電視也裝在該房裡．． 有洗衣機，有附上洗衣精1包。 地毯有髒汙，有附拖鞋，浴缸也是有痕跡，大概人力不足 所以多地方有灰塵。 離北海道大學很近，離札幌站也走5分鐘距離內，路上經過よどバし喜歡買東西的人也方便。樓下旁邊有便利商店。 櫃檯常常沒人，進退房由寄信mail code 在機器上操作。取得房門密碼。 房間裡有洗澡洗髮潤髮，另外可在1樓取得其他的小包裝。 1樓部分有在裝修，感覺有心要漸漸更新。期待之後會更好。

マンションの一部フロアをホテルとして運営しており、フロントは無人でセルフチェックイン・チェックアウトが必要となる。 立地は札幌駅から徒歩10分以内と便利だが、繁華街では無いので静かに過ごせる。 部屋は土足禁止で、一人暮らし用の物件を改装したような雰囲気。簡単な流し台もあった。ベッドにコンセントがあると、さらに良いのではないか。

北海道大學門口，應該是以前的學校教師公寓？非常方便，房間還保留着上下鋪，我是一個人，所以住的很方便，樓下有羅森，校門口內有seicom，斜對面有麥當勞！
