Great location in a lovely village, the staff were very helpful in booking us a taxi to leave. All in all a nice stay, however the rooms are very cold with no radiator and a slightly rubbish electric blanket. Also to get to the toilet you have to go outside and to go to the showers you have to go outside and go downstairs. So okay as a stay but defo not too comfy.

La mia esperienza meravigliosa, il dolce colazione, e la gentile gente che lavorava lì.La maggior parte dei costi per me durante il mio soggiorno era di andare in città, ma mi piaceva avere l’opzione di rimanere fuori se la zona occupata - così per me è molto utile. Resterò certamente lì, se avrò l'opportunità di visitare di nuovo Sapa!

UUtente ospiteVery much satisfied staying at Bamboo Sapa Hotel!! From the arrival to checking out, it was so smooth. The front desk officers were very accommodating and friendly so as with the room boys , restaurant staff and swimming pool staff.. We arrived before the check-in time, so we left our luggage in their storage. We need to change clothes because the climate is freezing.
then they let us use the hotel's comfort room. When we are done with the activities in Sapa, we checked in our room and were happy for the room we have. The CR is supplied with super white and new bath towels , face towels , floor rug, tissue paper . The bathroom is equipped with hot and cold shower ( elegant) provided with body wash and shampoo.
The bedroom is super clean and tidy like the comfort room and bathroom. It has a dresser with mirror , lamp shades. It also has a cabinet for clothes and a hair dryer.
There are 2 swimming pools in Bamboo Sapa Hotel. One is the outdoor pool, ( but did not take a swim because it's too cold) and the other one is at the G level which is warm and a whirlpool. A cozy restaurant is for the buffet breakfast which is included in the booking.The array of delicious, nutritious and fancy food was served.
Electrical socket for charging is situated near the headboard. There were pairs of bedroom slippers and bath robes which were dainty white. So fresh-looking to wear! 2 bottles of mineral water ,cups and saucers and heater were also provided.. oh, if you want to call the front desk, a telephone is on the desk☺️❤️🥰

UUtente ospiteThe property itself is stunning—truly a museum-like experience with amazing food and a fantastic location. Unfortunately, the hospitality didn’t quite match the setting. The staff, from the front desk to the concierge and wait staff, often lacked the warmth and friendliness expected in the hospitality industry. It was unclear whether this stemmed from unfriendliness or simply a language barrier, which was surprising given that most hotels in the area employ fluent English speakers.
For a hotel belonging to such a prominent global chain, I expected a higher standard of staff training to ensure a consistently polished experience, much like their other locations. With better service, the experience could have been nearly flawless.
The food was exceptional, but the service at the bar and tearoom was notably slow. I suspect this was because the staff were also attending to restaurant orders.
One particularly disappointing moment occurred when our host at the restaurant seemed visibly annoyed when we ordered hotpot, requiring her to set up the electrical equipment. Additionally, another attendant continued to handle the hotpot and add food despite my request for him to stop.
While our room was lovely, it felt a bit unsettling to be quickly ushered into an upgraded room that happened to overlook a construction site. Although it was wonderful to enjoy the open doors and city view, being woken up by construction noise was far from ideal.
Lastly, the doormen stood out for the wrong reasons. They often appeared to be slacking off, which created an odd and unprofessional impression. It would be better to have no doormen at all than to have staff who do not fulfill their role properly.
Overall, while the hotel has incredible potential, a more attentive and professional approach to service would elevate the experience significantly.

We arrived early and let the hotel know about 10 days prior that we will be arriving at 4am.
I called the front desk who asked me to walk about 50m but wasn’t clear about the direction. After 30 mins he sent a buggy to pick us up.
A common theme is that some staff don’t communicate if they don’t know something or are unable to help. They just nod and it’s really difficult to discern whether they’re going to do anything or not. Just let me know you don’t know or can’t help - even in Vietnamese! At least I can translate it myself.
After 3 hours of waiting in the freezing lobby, Lala explained the process and gave us clarity on next steps. She was kind enough to upgrade as it was my birthday and it was slow season, which I appreciated.
Lala is a gem - she came by and everything was really smooth after that. She was cheerful and clear in her communication. She gave useful recommendations and she was clear in what she could and could not do. She was really great and we appreciated her help greatly.
Overall a good, clean hotel - a bit far from the town but that’s a good thing.
Facilities are good and plenty - you probably don’t even need to go to the town area.
Most of the staff except for a handful are quite difficult to interact with due to their refusal to give bad news or say they don’t know something.

Te lo portano quando ordini, così puoi goderti una varietà di uova.
Puoi mangiare quanto vuoi senza appesantirti, come frutta, yogurt e spaghetti di riso.
Ho potuto fare una colazione rinfrescante con una vista fantastica.
La migliore sistemazione! Altamente raccomandato se andate a Sapa:)

MMatWe had an amazing two nights at laksik eco lodge. The room was luxurious, the views spectacular, the pool was probably the best I have ever seen and the staff super friendly. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend to anyone staying at Sapa.
The hotel organised a guided trek which was one of the highlights of our trip. It was also nice to stay ten minutes out of Sapa, which is very busy, as it was much more relaxed and close to many small villages but also easy to take a taxi to Sapa.

Il personale di servizio era molto amichevole, anche se non interagivamo molto. Prenotammo una camera superiore ma sono stati aggiornati alla camera deluxe al check-in, che è venuto con un balcone. Possiamo solo immaginare la vista. Possiamo anche vedere le tracce funiculari dalla stazione Sapa alla stazione di cavo. La decorazione dell'hotel è molto moderna.
La camera era molto pulita e spaziosa. Le strutture fornite erano più che sufficienti. I letti erano comodi. Il colazione dell'hotel è anche una bella diffusione. L'hotel offre ombrelle se piove (sotto riserva della disponibilità), la piscina infinita sembrava sorprendente se solo il tempo cooperasse!

UUtente ospiteWe arrived in the morning around 8am as we took a sleeper bus from Ninh Binh, booked the hotel for the previous day as well so we could check in. The manager/receptionist helped to carry 2 of our carry-on luggage to the second floor, where there's a lift to go to your room's level. Check-in was efficient, and we were able to have the hotel breakfast after ordering. Fresh juice, water and coffee are available. We recommend the the chicken noodle soup, pancakes & egg with toast. Do take note that it is not your usual pancake & toast, maybe a Vietnamese twist on it? Breakfast was enjoyable, food was served maybe around 5-10 minutes after ordering. Room service helps to clean your room and provides new towels :) The manager/receptionist helped us to arrange transport to our sleeper bus waiting area & the attractions as it was close to impossible to get a grab car there. She also helped us to purchase tickets for Fansipan which was great as it was a holiday on the day we visited the attraction. Her explanations were helpful and overall helped make our stay there much more enjoyable and easy. Down the street from the hotel is filled with cafes/restaurants/souvenir shops, hence its in a great location. The outside of the hotel is also aesthetic, so you can definitely take some nice pictures during your stay there. Thank you to the staff at Sapa Elegance Hotel! :)

La camera da letto è comoda. C'è una piccola finestra. Apritevi per vedere una piccola vista della città.
La colazione è vietnamita, fo e qualcosa di più non sappiamo 2-3 è pane, salata, frutta semplice.
Il servizio è quello che ci piace. Arriviamo alle cinque del mattino. E' troppo presto per entrare. L'hotel ha anche una zona di cuscino dormiente per il massaggio. Lo spazio è sufficiente per sdraiarsi e rilassarsi temporaneamente.
In generale, è considerato buono.Impressionato.
