It was very nice hostel. Clean room and the people work in the hotel are very kind. Five stars easy for this Hostel

The best part was the location. But housekeeping was needed to be remind may be that is lack of communication.

Location is perfect. Staff is polite and helpful. Room is clean just that the toilet has a "funny" smell (maybe due to the poor sewage system).

Having seen the pictures and read the reviews my wife and I thought this would be the perfect hotel for our little visit to Sa Pa, but were we just unlucky with timing? For our stay we were in the 7th floor mountain view room. Firstly the positives: LOCATION: This is brilliant. It's not in the hustle and bustle of central Sa Pa (which was a big relief having walked up to the lake), but is still within easy walking distance of many restaurants, Cafe's etc. CLEANLINESS: Again, this cannot be faulted. All you could want from a hotel, plenty of clean towels, bathroom toiletries, the room was spotless and a lovely big bed. PRICE: This was a brilliant hotel in terms of value for money STAFF: Always smiling and very helpful whenever we walked in or had questions. The hotel owners son stayed up until 1am as our sleeper bus took longer to get there than expected. Most spoke decent English (far better than my attempt at Vietnamese). BREAKFAST: Great choice of cold food (cereal, fruit etc) and hot food (noodles, rice, etc). A chef even cooks fresh eggs however you want them. Now the negatives: THE BED: I like hard mattresses, however, this was like sleeping on concrete. HOT WATER: We had hot water the first morning, but after that it was only luke warm at best. We did have someone look at it and they said it was OK. Perhaps people in Sa Pa prefer just warm water. AIR CON: It got very stuffy in the room and I asked why our air con control only showed 'heat' & 'fan'. From what I could gather through discussion, floor 7 only has 1 central unit so all rooms would then have air con. HOWEVER, they did turn the unit to air con, so as above the staff were very helpful in this regard. This is just more a note. NOISE: This is where we play the 'unlucky' card. The hotel restaurant and patio is on floor 8 and for our last night there was a birthday party. This involved VERY LOUD music and fireworks launching off the roof. My wife and I had been awake since the early morning climbing Fansipan so wanted to fall asleep early as we were really tired, however, the noise was incredible. I asked at reception and was told it would finish at 10 (ended up about 10.15pm). During my conversation with the lobby door open, you could hear the music from reception. All in all, if you've got this far my closing statement is that it IS a decent hotel, clean, friendly and accommodating, however, be warned that if you're staying on the 7th floor and there is a party booked, bring industrial earplugs.

Lovely clean hotel with very helpful staff. Our room was lovely with a balcony and Mountain View except being so high up and it being December we didn’t see much because of the clouds. Also hot water pressure wasn’t great, not the end of the world but I am fussy like that. The restaurant where you have breakfast and pool area on the 8th floor looks amazing but neither are heated which I am sure is amazing in the summer but not in December! Eating breakfast in hats and coats isn’t great. Even the staff were dressed for the cold. Lastly just be careful with any breakages. My with accidentally broke a defective conditioner bottle and the hotel we’re going to charge us for it until we checked and explained how the breakage occured. Overall a very pleasant stay in great location in the middle of Sapa, just a few quibbles.

We loved our stay in the hotel. Situated in an ideal location in town with easy walking to shops, restaurants, and bars. Our room had an amazing view of Fansipan and surrounding mountains. The staff were so nice. Always smiling and always welcoming. They all spoke good English. We went on a trek organised by the hotel to a local village. The walk down and through the valley was very scenic. The hotel is quite new and very clean. Amazing bathroom with bath and comfortable bed. Ask for a second pillow, and they will provide. Beautiful infinity pool with the most stunning mountain views. Great bar and restaurant with same views. Breakfast was great with a substantial choice of Vietnamese and Western food. Seven who works at the hotel was very helpful, polite and enjoyable company to spend the day with. Thanks. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if returning to Sapa.

The hotel is clean, good location, good price, good breakfast ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All the staff are very friendly and helped us with our needs :) Especially May Anh helped us book our return trip back 👍 The views are spectacular and the infinity pool faces the mountains for a once in a lifetime swim. We will definitely be coming back here for our next trip to Sapa 😊

The hotel room was very clean and all of the hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially Phuc. Phuc was very helpful with an issue I had with a lost bag too! They also provided a very nice note on arrival to the room, and made us feel very comfortable during our stay. The pool area is also stunning, overlooking the mountains. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is exceptional. One of the best I have ever stayed at. Rooms clean, large, and modern. It has an interesting vibe as it’s relatively small so has that charm but still manages to capture the class that comes with bigger hotel chains. Feels like you’re staying in a Hilton that’s been shrunk down in size. The staff are amazing. Super friendly and helpful. I wanted to go up Mount Fansipan which I heard is a waste of money if the weather is bad, but you often can’t tell until you’re up there. The hotel receptionist knew someone on the mountain and called him to check, so I knew it was clear. That’s over and above service. The rooftop infinity pool is a standout. One of the most beautiful pools I have seen. A great way to end the day or chill after a tough trek. Location is great. Sapa in general is busy and touristy but the street this is on is slightly less hectic while still being close to the center. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. One thing to note is the basic rooms in this hotel don’t have windows, so if you want windows book the Superior Room. That’s what I did. You can’t see much from the windows though so if you want a view get a room with a balcony. The hotel is exceptional value for money anyway so it’s probably worth the expense. I would highly recommend the Sapa Soleil Hotel. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed 2 nights at Sapa Soleil Hotel as a part of our family trip. We had a wonderful stay and the staff there was amazing. They were super helpful. The roof top bar and swimming pool has amazing views, and at night, it was beautiful. The pool was cool refreshing and popular at the end of the day. The restaurant for lunch and dinner had reasonably priced food, and breakfast was a treat with a buffet, but also a la carte local dishes you can order.

This new hotel is a gem in Sapa. The room you book is what you get. Remember a little extra will give a bigger room. I went for the Deluxe and it was worth it! Clean , comfort and what you need is there. Staff professional, assist where needed and very friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you happy. Trang at front desk your smiling assistant and Bellman there to open the door and carry your bags. You cannot go wrong in staying at this hotel.

Complimenten voor dit heerlijke hotel. Ruime kamers met heerlijke bedden, prachtige badkamer met vrijstaande badkuip. Het uitgebreide ontbijt wordt geserveerd op het dakterras waarvandaan een mooi uitzicht over de bergen. Daarna is het genieten aan de infinity Pool. De zonsondergang is ook zeker aan te bevelen op deze plek. Maar het grootste compliment wil ik geven aan Trang, de receptioniste. Afgezien van het feit dat ze zeer kundig, klantvriendelijk en stressbestendig is, is ze voor mij van onschatbare waarde gebleken. Toen mijn man vermist raakte, stond ze mij met raad en daad terzijde en was dag en nacht beschikbaar. Ze was contactpersoon en fungeerde als tolk tussen de politie en mij. Zij zorgde ervoor dat ik op en neer werd gebracht van en naar het politiebureau en regelde voor mij een ontbijt na sluitingstijd van het buffet. Nadat mijn man ongedeerd terug kwam, heeft ze het vervoer naar Hanoi geregeld. En al die tijd leefde ze mee en stond ze naast mij met heel haar hart. Dank je wel lieve Trang.
