Good experience with friendly staff. I've been here for severaltimes. We always enjoy air, space, food and different service. My children like the swimming and bicycle much. We like riding around together then going swimming. We love Serena

The room was large - actually two rooms (bedroom and living room). The large bathroom was extraordinary - a wooden tub with hot water straight from the springs (there’s a shower too). Two huge pools - one infinity pool outside with extraordinary scenery and one under cover that was also fed directly from the springs. The restaurant was excellent with a lovely breakfast buffet included. Scenic grounds to walk around.

Great for family staycation, to relax and chill outside the city area. Has many facilities such as Onsen, indoor and outdoor pools, renting of bicycle, kid playroom, etc. Room is very spacious but many little details are lacking and has to be refresh! Walls, curtains and balcony glass doors were dirty. Bath items (eg. shower gel & shampoo) wordings are fading off, which you have to see clearly before using the exact bath item. There were multiple power trips in the evening when we were in the room. Staff were friendly, however, they don't understand English. My parents had trouble with their room TV as it couldn't be switch off, called the housekeeping for assistance but nothing was rectify even having a staff over to the room. Breakfast: Food choices was fair but wasn't fantastic. The dining area was too overcrowding and messy! There wasn't enough space in between other guests' tables to walk in and out. Should have a separate smoking and non-smoking area for diners. Plus point - has a beautiful nature spot outside the dining area. Great for photo and strolls after meal. The resort seems to generally caters for the locals.

Breakfast is good with various cuisines and well taste. The restaurant is clean and good look with large view to the pool. Services are brilliant, professional. Room is very clean with good view. Near to the river, easy to go out and look around.

Beautiful resort and great staff. We enjoyed both the indoor and outside pool. Breakfast was fast and delicious. Great experience for the second time! We plan to come back to visit again in the future since we still places we have yet to experience everything at the resort

Report is very good. I went during Tet and had a buffet dinner two nights that was quite delicious. The hot mineral swimming pool has a stable temperature and makes bathing very enjoyable. Cycling around the resort is also great. If I have a chance, I will come back here

Great place for family to experience nature hot water. Staff is friendly and helpful. Sightseeing is great too. Adequate services with affordable price. In general, Serena is a wonderful place for a short trip from Hanoi. It’s pleasure to be back here next time

The room is very old and smells of insects, the shower is broken, I have feedback but no response. The wooden bathtub is too old and looks like it is not clean. The rooms at the resort are quite far from the restaurant. I had to wait for a long time to get a car. There were times I had to walk to get to the restaurant. Room price does not include onsen bath ticket, you must buy separate onsen bath ticket, swimming pool ticket is free. The morning buffet has quite a lot of dishes, but the food is not fresh and noisy. The space in the resort is very green and cool, a plus for the outdoor onsen baths. About room price: There is no uniformity in price. When I asked for a quote, you sent me many different prices, even though the room price did not change. I'm very upset about this, and I feel dissatisfied. If you plan to come here, please consider it
