This is our second time staying here and the room was not clean like last time. The floor in the shower area was dirty and there was a huge water stain on the sheets of the bed. There was also stains on the colorful pillows on the bed. Hair was on the bed already when we got to the room. The bed was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise and the pillows were too thin. This hotel has an awesome location but next time we will stay at another hotel.

這是來日本最差的一次住宿，沒有免費寄存行李，沒有電梯，行李搬運真的很吃力，wifi效果也不好，斷斷續續的，趕上下雨天，室內開着暖風也很冷，服務的質量也是一般，房間很小，衞生也很一般，住的很不舒服。

地點近universal studio japan, 1個站就到，房間有廚房可以熱食物，不過床有點內凹咗。

入住的時候前台在服務時間沒人，摸索了半天終於有人理你。 1️⃣東西落在酒店，第一次確定説沒有看到，房間已經有新的人入住了（估計床單沒換？否則怎麼會沒發現在床上？） 2️⃣要求再次check，發現找到了。 3️⃣給到中國地址，錢自己出。酒店規定不能寄國外地址。 4️⃣要麼自己約物流公司，要麼寄日本地址 5️⃣找了一個日本中轉倉庫，給地址要求幫忙寄件，但是倉庫不收到付。錢給酒店要求幫忙寄出 6️⃣錢給酒店也不能寄出，不要問要問就是規定。衹能和倉庫商量是否可以到付收一下。錢我之後補。 7️⃣倉庫説我先確定好單號，提前給到錢，可以收到付。 8️⃣酒店不給我單號和無法確定運費。 就是一萬個不配合。 你丟件你倒黴的一個坦率態度。 別去。

早上到達，前台還未上班，打掃衛生的外傭幫我們寄存了箱子，方便我們一早就衝向樂園，沒有耽誤時間。房間很乾淨，設施齊備。顯示直線距離很近，但是位置實際上在樂園後門，員工出入口，遊客不能從這裡進，還是得坐一站地鐵到環球影城站，從正門入。

住宿幾近環球影城，但冇升降機，搬行李會冇咁方便

キッチンが備わっておりフライパンや鍋もあった為、簡単な調理が出来そうです。 部屋はベッドだけでいっぱいでしたが十分な広さです。 ベッドの寝心地はあまり良いとは言えませんが値段しては十分満足できました。

住3/F，無電梯要托行理上樓，房中只得一條毛巾，一隻杯，不過有爐具爈頭可以煮食。地點近環球影城，約20分鐘步行時間。

空間小行李不好放，但有小廚房很好👍，旁邊就有7-11也很方便，沒有電梯不要拿太重的行李 暖氣也可以

すぐ横に駐車場があるので提携などしてくれるとありがたいです。とりあえず寝るだけにはなりますが、単身であればビジネスホテルとそう変わらないと思います。家族で泊まるには物足りないです。アパートを利用したホテルでした。

房間較小 床墊很不舒服

Great location to Universal Studios Japan. If you want an inexpensive option for the area this was great. Room was not overly clean they could do a much better job on that end. Limited personal hours at front desk. Do not show up early as no one there until 4pm to check you in. Only about a 10-12 minute walk to universal which is what makes it great

Very near Universal Studios Japan. Near convenience store. Have a small kitchen. Have washing machine.

The hotel is well-equipped with refrigerators, microwave ovens, ovens, and tableware. Staff are polite. The environment is quiet. The price is cheap. Check-in and check-out are traditional but simple and fun. This time we are going to watch the concert and go to Universal Studios.
