還不錯。孩子住的很滿意，手機掉水裡，老闆找朋友親自送我們去修手機。離免税店很近，離海相對來説會遠一丟丟，但是好在房內就有泳池，不影響。

三房，兩個房間在地下室，一個房間在二樓，房內設施用品簡單，沒有酒店齊全。沒有寫字枱，有遊戲機和按摩椅。餐廳沒wifi信號，手機信號也弱，所以在餐廳基本沒法上網但是其他地方Wi-Fi都可以。衞生間有兩扇移門是壞的拉不動，停車不方便，進出都要收費，如果進出多的話反覆收費。有管家送外賣到門口，速度很快。

因為帶了狗狗出行，所以有很多侷限性，當時比對了很多別墅和幾家願意接待狗狗的豪華酒店，最後選擇了維爾卡姆，看了很多點評，我們一致認為評價還是比較真實的；至少管家服務這一點，我們非常非常認可，真的很敬業，而且非常nice，必須給管家點贊。工作時間內隨時在線，解決入住客人的一切需求，隨叫隨到。
提點建議：希望軟件設施可以提高一下，衞生條件再嚴格要求一點 那絕對完美。
下次帶狗狗出行的時候，必須是第一選擇

超級好！管家超負責 下大雨還在門口接我們 外賣是可以送進家門口的 小區後面就是一片海灘 很方便很舒服 房間乾淨 泳池也很大 有桌球桌和麻將桌 玩的很開心 附近吃的也很多 小區安靜 樹木茂密 非常舒適的環境 房間也很大 我們帶狗狗來對寵物也超級友好 下次回三亞肯定還會選擇
