Worst hotel ever , I use trip.com app for all my bookings whilst I was on the phone with an agent Mrs Candice Zhang such a lovely and helpful lady to help me see the room they wanted to freely upgrade for me at the hotel and to translate for me what the front desk was saying , the front desk decided to end the call , asked why because she is translating for me the front desk ignored me to avoid the confrontation about this issue and tried to just carry on booking the room because i wanted stay there until the 10th before the big covid issue came up , front desk used her own app tried to make me pay 600RMB more where trip.com was cheaper and like I told the owner and front desk by translation Im using an international bank account in South Africa for this they ignored me and try to continue the booking and when i grabbed my passport and say I dont want to extend living here the front desk and owner got rude and from the chinese they talked over the phone and the little I know it wasn't nice , front desk showed me the upgraded room and I still used trip.com to see the pictures of the room i was told that the trip.com room and price was fake , big reg flag here dont use this hotel
