Questo hotel è bello e pulito, l'aria condizionata è buona, il wifi è ok e la piscina è abbastanza bella e proprio di fronte all'hotel. Il buffet non è così buono.. Ottima posizione se ami la spiaggia perché c'è una spiaggia proprio dall'altra parte della strada. L'hotel è abbastanza lontano dal centro della città, quindi non puoi trovare molti bei ristoranti nelle vicinanze..Il personale è gentile..Ho apprezzato il mio soggiorno e consiglierei sicuramente questo hotel a qualcuno..Soprattutto la camera con vista sul mare ..Così bello avere una vista così ogni mattina..

L'hotel è accogliente e molto conveniente. È a 15 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto, il che è molto comodo. Torneremo sicuramente.

This is my second time using in this hotel and I like it . location is near the airport that especially convenient if you have night flight . At the same time the hotel has a good beach just in front. All the rooms are clean and tidy. I like little balcony where I drank tea in the evening. The staff is helpful, when I just arrived I got the room from the airport side and it was noisy when the planes take off. So next morning hotel changed my room to the room with the sea side. I also ordered breakfast there . It’s simple Chinese breakfast, not very delicious, but there is a coffee machine and coffee was good. There is nothing to visit around but 15 mins by taxi and you can get to the noisy touristic area.

Convenient location for those who doesn't plan to go to the city center. Just across the street from the sea, 10-15 minute's ride to the airport, within a walking distance from regular (not touristic) Chinese eateries. Rooms are cosy and cleaned every day if necessary. Great pool and pool view! Front desk employees don't speak languages other than Chinese, but can find a way out with the help of a translation app. Mind that some free services mentioned in the offer are only available for Chinese citizens, no matter whether a foreigner speaks Chinese or not. That's a bit disappointing, everything else is fine.

The counter staff (Feng Lin ) is helpful, tried to book train tickets for me. The cleaner lady Dong Yue also very helpful when we seek her help. The breakfast at the hotel is also quite nice. it is pleasant stay, walk 1km behind , there are many eating place at reasonable price rather than tourist attraction eating place , Tong xxx ( can't remember the same). My wife loves the biang biang noodle (photo attached) at the eating place outside the hotel.

We stayed here mainly for the pool, well cleaned and spacious. Room was okay, little bit of smell but you get used to it with an air conditioner on. Welcome staff are friendly and helpful. Had no problem understanding each other using translating apps. The little store at the reception has almost everything you may need except any medicines. Location is bit far from other travel areas. Oh the yacht tour, i wouldn’t recommend it if you are not chinese national. We regret going there, to get to 2nd and 3th floor we paid 150yuan per person and still wasnt worth it just better not going. The restaurant there have decent foods the little girl is really cute and can speak some English. Overall loved staying there except the yacht tour

Very good room comfort. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location. Near the beach. Very nice swimming pool. Quiet . Near airport.

Unfortunately the staff didn’t speak English which made check in and check out difficult. The hotel’s website was deceiving and a lot nicer than the hotel itself. It’s cheap and cheerful and you get what you pay. The pool was a lot smaller than the pictures, it was filthy, and there were no pool pillows for the sun beds or chairs, which made sitting by the pool uncomfortable. Unfortunately the private beach opposite the hotel was closed due to building work, the next beach is a few minutes walk away. The hotel itself is in a quiet location with no restaurants around. We drove all the way to Dolphin bar (1 hour 10 minutes away from the hotel). The hotel room was lovely and clean but it was noisy, there were cracks above the door so we could hear everything in the corridors and the rooms with children next door. The hotel did not give us ‘garden view room’, we had a room with view of the car park which was a waste of money. Upon asking for nicer rooms (having paid for it) they said they had none left. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, we wouldn’t recommend paying for it - drive an hour away instead. Due to Sanya being a long beach and the hotel being far away from a lot of things, we’d definitely stay at a more bustling hotel resort next time.

The beds are super hard! In short, the hotel does not match the pictures.

The hotel pool was under construction. There was a homeless woman allowed to roam in the hotel and no one checked her greet code or around code. This was in the midst of Sanya’s April 2022 outbreak so it was very irresponsible for the hotel to act this way.

Spacey room, balcony looks into car park :( towels and bed sheets stains. Pool is very big and nice and close to beach. Beach area is quiet just a few people. Family hotel. Noise airplanes but ok if you don’t mind. Food buffet not good. Places to eat a little distance away. Management not friendly and helpful.

it was a nice trip, its location was very nice but a little far from restaurants and city center.
