The check in process was smooth and the hotel has a huge lobby area that is very serene. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool is massive and was cleaned on a daily basis it was wonderful to swim in. The hotel has a gym which has basic equipment which is okay to get a workout in during the stay. There's also a free shuttle bus service that takes you to the private beach which was probably the best part of the stay. The beach is clean and absolutely amazing. You can't swim in it but you can walk along the beach and dip your feet in. But there's also free shaded sunbeds that you can just relax on and watch the ocean. Our stay was elevated by the amazing service offered by the hotel. We had a few requests during our stay and 高益香 helped us out since we got to the hotel, till we left. She was always in contact with us and assisted us with everything we needed, even on her day off she went out of her way to help us. I will definitely recommend the stay here and I will return when I visit Sanya again.

I was extremely disappointed at the quality of this 5-star hotel. 1). The room was very dirty and outdated; 2). The bathroom was also very dirty, undesirable and disgusting! The window and the ceiling of the bathroom were full of disgusting dust; 3). The corridors were too dark, quite frightening and scary; 4). The bed, the pillows and the chair were incredibly uncomfortable and can give you a back pain; 5). The floor in my room is also really disgusting; 6). The sleepers in plastic for hotel guests were also very dirty and disgusting. Because of all those, I had a sleepless night, very exhausting, and it’s a nigh**are! As a result, I had to choose to check-out the following day. Please view the photos that I took for your reference.

Very good hotel for families , but they needs to better manage transportation during New Year's holidays and peak times

We had an unforgettable experience. The a**osphere is peaceful and calming. Everyone on staff is wonderful to work with. They're incredibly diligent, helpful and polite. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place to do it. The only downside is that the hotel's private beach IS NOT INTENDED FOR SWIMMING, which defeats the purpose of having one in the first place. However, the hotel bar, which serves tasty barbecue and cocktails, is an excellent place to watch the sunset. The crew also has a habit of closing the pool at the first sign of rain which can be bothersome. But overall, an amazing place if you wish to relax and unwhine, the a**osphere is truly serene and pleasant.

酒店在鹿回頭山上，環境很安靜、舒適，酒店的海邊非常漂亮，能看到日落的海岸線。酒店裡的綠化很漂亮，能看到壁虎、大蝸牛，生態很好。天天都能在酒店游泳。酒店還配備私人管家，我們的管家高益香非常認真負責，積極幫我們解決問題。每次來三亞必住這裏。

國字號酒店就是很不錯，房間乾淨，大氣。服務很好，酒店環境很好，園林綠化極好！服務人員電瓶車送到海邊。私有海灘，別墅區園林，靜謐，美好！非常值得去體驗，而且距離鹿回頭也很近，出行佳選！

服務非常好，因為帶孩子去趕海野采，強光手電和工具沒法帶上飛機，提前寄過去酒店，酒店呂經理都幫忙妥善存放了。夜裡在酒店沙灘趕海，酒店提供了免費取用的工具。孩子們發現了大量的螃蟹魚蝦蟹，還發現了海鰻和水母，非常開心。夜裡一點多酒店安排電瓶車接我們回大堂，非常好的體驗。

酒店就是老乾部招待所風格。沒有一次性拖鞋，潤膚露，護髮素，這些真沒想到會沒有。 燈的控制開關不好用，可能很多失靈了，夜燈不亮，最後衹好留了廊燈。排風扇好像也是壞的。 服務員衹給指路，不負責送行李去房間。 早餐種類豐富，非常喜歡這裏的早餐，還有豆腐腦。沙灘人很少，還有擺渡車接送。 回房間的路上碰上保潔清理房間，繞保潔車的時候沒注意走廊最外面的是排水溝，把腳扭了。排水溝的顏色應該和裝飾條分開吧，打眼一看還以為是裝飾條。痛得我在外面緩了半天才能走路，保潔也就探個頭出來看看就回去了，我給她説扭到腳了，她也沒説什麼。

我要真心實意給國賓館一個滿分好評，現在連鎖酒店喜歡讓管家加微信各種感情牌，國賓館沒有，但是服務上每個人都很優秀。 如果以一兩千價位的五星級對比，那設施上顯然是老舊不合格的，但是一晚上四五百這個價格位置和服務，我覺得是可以給好評的。 花園，海灘，服務都超出預期。 早餐客觀説不是特別豐富，但是也有特色品種，吃着也還不錯 有個小建議，客人入住的房型可以提前開一下空調，剛進屋的時候確實味道不友好

酒店性價比高又不高，奇怪吧。 總體感受不錯，但海景房讓我住的略尷尬。 性價比高，是説這個地理位置這個價格真的可以了。性價比不高，就是加價兩百選海景做大冤種，可以看看前兩張照片找找海在哪。不如叫一線海景房吧。 服務：整體服務都不錯，迎賓小哥一路送到房間並做介紹，並且幾天住下來覺得總體而言開沙灘車迎賓的幾個小哥比前台更勝一籌。 設施：早餐尚可，品種夠，對得起價格。房間嘛，老乾部風，多少有點舊，這個價格就不要糾結那麼多了。毛巾和床單都很舒服。有一天門卡失效，折返前台重新給一張。 衞生：整體不錯，沒有意見。 環境：去沙灘要坐車才比較方便，不過隨叫隨到，倒也輕鬆。沙灘幾乎沒人，很舒服，靠近悦榕莊那邊沙子更細。不過重點是上午那個海非常淺，小朋友往海里走幾十米遠毫無壓力，不妨走幾步。

淡季入住性價比非常高的酒店👍👍👍👍👍👍 我們的入住體驗是很滿意的，酒店服務細節也做得很好，與我們付出的米完全匹配對應，淡季人少，獨享海灘 人工棧橋 瀉湖趕海 還有再來的理由，謝謝店家 不好的就一條 非常噁心的事，酒店或攜程與入住同送的“出海一日遊” 出海一日遊～～嚴重與事實不符，純粹是“送人頭”～被船方洗腦，大半天無自由，説是無自費，但是“自費推介”就用了兩小時，還搞自願20元買盲盒… 有燒烤嗎 有海鮮嗎 衹花60給潛水嗎？ 屁都不是 純粹耽誤我們寶貴的旅遊時間，項目負責人趕緊暗訪把把關吧，這種“贈送”不如不送，實在太垃圾，浪費時間，差得很…👎

大堂舒適，房間温馨，有一個大大的陽台，可以看到園林和泳池，景緻沒的説，去沙灘有電瓶車，私家海濤風景特別美，就是標準間的床有點窄，滴滴叫車有點難，其他的都很好，畢竟是接待國家領導人的國賓館，酒店稍微老化，但是可以接受

服務員很熱情，見面都會打招呼微笑，一下車就有禮賓員幫忙拿行李，酒店人不算多，很安靜。酒店大堂比較大氣，接待國家領導人的酒店就是不一般，低調的奢華。房間面積也很大，一家三口入住完全沒有佣金的感覺，陽台很大，可以看到樓下的泳池，園景景觀盡收眼底，海邊最讓人驚喜的就是520米海上棧橋。橋上走一走心曠神怡，海風一吹那感覺太美妙了。有機會一定還來。
