Consiglio in particolare questo hotel, da Wuwei a Zhangye a Jiuquan a Jiayuguan, questo è un hotel che fornisce un servizio efficiente ed entusiasta in un vero senso. L'arredamento interno dell'hotel è molto nuovo e l'igiene è particolarmente buona. È vicino alla stazione degli autobus, ma la stanza è molto silenziosa, l'insonorizzazione è molto buona e anche le partizioni asciutte e umide del bagno sono molto comode. La cosa più importante è che ogni volta che esco alle attrazioni, trovo che la stanza sia pulita molto bene 👍. Il personale del servizio in camera che è uscito dalla stanza ha preso l'iniziativa di salutarli calorosamente. Li ho visti indossare i guanti e pulire accuratamente la stanza. Mi sono sentito molto a mio agio. Era la prima volta che soggiornavo allo Starway Hotel e mi sentivo così bene. Sceglierò di nuovo

L'ambiente è fantastico, le strutture sono complete, la palestra lavatrice asciugatrice è disponibile, e il servizio è attento. La giovane donna che ha dato il frutto è così bella, e la voce è così buona

Very impressed with that hotel and the staff. Good location relatively close to the fortress and on the way to the wall. Plenty of food options around and more within 1 Km around. The staff at the reception were so helpful. No English spoken but with all the apps communication is not a big issue. It just take more time 🤔😅 The room was big. Great bathroom. A lot of space and storage available. Good air conditioning system. Breakfast was simply delicious and every day there were different items available. Not much western food but anyway Chinese food is healthier. Staff there was lovely. The fitness area is a bit minimalist. Self laundry is available and works great. I will return for sure. A Personal tip to people visiting Jiayuguan: I suggest getting to the wall first thing in the morning after breakfast. Taxis is the only option.In July 2024 the price I paid (Meter as usual) was 26 Yuans. After visiting that place take a taxi to the fortress (Jiayu pass) as it is on the way to the city anyway. The cost was 11 Yuans and it is very close to the fortress unlike the main ticket office located 2 Km away (where the bus nr 4 stops). Further tip if you like HotPot restaurants the NanjiaXiang is a great choice at a very reasonable price. It is 800 meters away from the hotel.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant on site was very good. The breakfast restaurant on a different floor was mediocre. The front desk arranged for a driver to take us out to the historic Great Wall sites and he was great and affordable.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre. Plenty of shops and convenient stores around. Though we only ate at the restaurant (L3) located in the same building as the hotel which is very handy. Food was delicious. Breakfast is ok. Just a quick bite to keep you going. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms were clean and bed were comfortable. Did an overnight stay as that is sufficient enough for visiting the sights. Would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel! Clean and spacious rooms. The staff are really accommodating and helpful, and had no trouble using translators to communicate. Plenty of water was provided and the room was cleaned daily. Breakfast has lots of options. The location was perfect, maybe 25min to the train, 20min to the Fort, 30min to the Great Wall. There was really delicious and cheap food at several restaurants right around the corner from the hotel. The people in Jiayuguan were super kind and helpful too, so we had no trouble ordering at the restaurants despite our lack of Chinese language skills.

挺驚訝的，作為華住會沒有小童牙具，電視沒有機頂盒，打開電視界面是亞朵…… 衞生不是很乾凈，進大門口就看見衞生狀況C的標誌，確實不乾淨，我自己擦的桌子，都是黑的 設施偏舊，洗衣機和烘乾機老舊，據説以前是亞朵轉成了星程 前台電話系統是壞的，衹能給前台打手機，機器人送東西必須得開着房門等着，因為機器人到了門口電話不會響 前台服務很冷漠，不送早餐也沒有早餐優惠 總之，是我住了二十多個華住會酒店裡最不像華住會的酒店

從入住到退房體驗感超級棒！ 前台幾個姑娘態度超好（推薦的小花和大胖子、糊鍋、杏皮茶、牛肉粉都特別好吃，酒店位置也好，走路去這幾個地方都不遠）還給我們升級了房間（再次表示感謝哦）。客房打掃的非常乾淨，衞生間的邊角都很乾凈，不管是客房員工還是前台見到客人都會打招呼，而且對客人的需求有求必應，特別棒👍……房間的洗髮、沐浴和洗手液都特別好聞，最最最喜歡的是枕頭太舒服了（想知道是什麼牌子的） 差點忘了説早餐，餐廳乾淨衞生，菜品豐富！ 來去匆匆忘記拍客房照片了，但是以後還會選擇星程酒店

很滿意的一次住宿，酒店裡設施很齊全，洗衣房和健身房都有，房間面積也大。提供早餐，味道也還不錯。下次去嘉峪關，方便的話還會住這裏。

這家酒店的位置在市中心，服務熱情，房間衞生乾淨整潔，早餐豐富多彩，因為是對嘉峪關不熟，想去城樓和方特，然後去前台詢問工作人員，工作人員很耐心 細心的指導我們，玩的很開心，推薦大家去入住這家酒店，非常奈斯

酒店位置很好，環境也好，前台小姐姐們服務超級好，全程面帶微笑，一點沒有不耐煩，必須點個贊。房間環境乾淨整潔，整體很棒

步行到镜铁小吃城, 方便饮食购物, 去景点也方便. 酒店干淨卫生, 有免费洗衣和干衣机提供，对长途旅遊很是方便, 早餐好食又丰富, 性价比高, 值得推薦
