La stanza e il paesaggio sono molto bellissimi!Si può sedersi fuori dalla stanza per vedere il sole e il tramonto.Le strutture della stanza sono buone, ci sono panetteri e caffè, e anche per il panino!La bellezza è che la bellezza è che si è infilata fuori, non molto pulita, non può essere infilata. E tutto quello che c'è da pagare in minibar (TT è così costoso in hotel) 🔔 Servizio: particolarmente buono!L'atteggiamento del personale è super buono!L'alloggio ci ha aggiornato la stanza. Ci ha detto di salutare il tipo di colazione che vogliamo mangiare in anticipo, e il giorno dopo l'ho mandato alla stanza.Ci ha anche dato una tazza di champagne per noi! E perché la strada di Oia è difficile da andare, abbiamo anche chiesto all'hotel di aiutare a mandare il nostro bagaglio alla stazione. Il servizio è davvero 💯! 🧹 Salute: molto pulita e pulita!L'intera stanza è profumata, il letto è anche super morbido, molto comodo!

From the airport pickup to check out, what a fantastic and memorable visit! After the short flight from Athens, the hotel driver meet us and transported us to the heavenly experience of Maregio Suites atop the caldera in the charming village of Oia. The hotel is relatively new (built in 2017) and sits above Amoudi Bay on the outskirts near the old, historic windmills of Oia. It is nice to be out of the frey that can occur during the tourist season. Our suite was private (Suite #4) and we had a large hot tub/pool in our spacious patio. The views were unbelievable! Amazing sunsets every night. It is customary for all in Oia to flock to see the sunsets and we avoided the crowds and had ringside seats! The hotel opened a few years ago for dinner service. There are only a few tables and the food was excellent. The setting is aside their beautiful pool overlooking the sea. They float a candle in the pool which adds to the already charming ambiance. They also use real candles on the tables which is always a plus for me. You will climb steps while in Oia, and the 300 or so down to Amoudi Bay is worth the effort. Chrisa, part of the welcome staff suggested a lunch at Armini , which is accessible by boat from the dock of Amoudi Bay, and it was a highlight! Fresh lobster, sea bass, anchovies, oh my! A very memorable experience. They serve dinner too, but enjoying the seaside for lunch as well as seeing the majestic caldera on the boat ride over was perfect. If you don’t feel like hiking back up those stairs (which we did), you can hire a driver to take you back to your destination post dining. The staff could not have been more welcoming at Maregio Suites. The aforementioned charming Chrisa gave us the lay of land upon arrival and one of our waiters, Vlassis, could not have been more attentive and delightful! Tasos and Alexandra at the front reception were also delightful to deal with. HIGHLY recommend this hotel when in Oia! Great suite, views, location, food and service. The best place to stay in Oia!

Booked this for our Honeymoon last week for 7 nights. - When a couple is coming for Honeymoon it would be a nice touch to have some complimentary Wine (even a cheap bottle) and a nice message upon arrival. I emailed you in advance informing you it was our Honeymoon. Upon arrival there was nothing. I had to ask George to do this and the cheapest bottle he could provide was €60 which I found astonishing considering I seen in Supermarket the next day sparkling wine for less than €20! We didn't even drink all the Wine George provided as it was not nice. - Our bedsheets where not changed the whole week we where there. And we had to ask George a few times for new towels and soaps. In a normal Hotel you don't need to do this as rooms are serviced daily by staff!  - Our breakfast was often served in paper trays. And the menu was quite limited for Breakfast. Only 3 options from KooKoo. We basically ate the same breakfast for 1 full week. Unfourtuantly, this meant that the accomadation didn't have that top class resort feel to it that you get when paying over €500 per night in other resorts suitable for Honeymoon! - We thought there would be catering staff serving the romantic breakfast every morning. But it was George dropping it off often in paper trays, and still in plastic bags. and also George doing the cleaning and maintainence. Again, this took away from the top class resort feel for the place Unfourtuantly. - There was a plug socket out near the bedroom, and dripping from a light in the bathroom. Dangerous.. and again- the accomadation did not feel like a top class resort you expect on Honeymoon and at €500 per night.  - Everything George recommended was more expensive than what I could arrange myself. For example- The wine as noted. And also Boat tour which I got for €800 private tour, but George quoted €1,100 for private. - George requested we pay all room balance in cash! Again- This is not how top class Honeymoon resorts should work. When on Honeymoon I don't want to be pestered about large cash amounts! Credit Cards are the norm. And also the Taxi to and from Airport was by cash which I was not made aware of before booking (I would have brought cash if you told me in advance).  We did still leave George a nice tip and a bottle of wine as he was very helpful and carried our bags to the Taxi which we appreciated. All in all- Not the ”exclusive resort” its made out to be. Excellent sun set views though!

Il sito e le foto sono inganni, mentre la nostra stanza aveva una vista sulla Caldera, doveva stare a guardarla, perché i **** davanti alla stanza erano così sovraccaricati e potrebbero essere facilmente tagliati indietro. Una delle due sedie esterne di qualità piuttosto scarsa è stata distrutta, e il sedile in concreto all'aperto e nessun cuscino. Il luogo odore di urina di gatto perché i gatti selvatici usavano la zona sovraccaricata per vivere. Le tessere sul pavimento della doccia erano tutte rotte e io mi tagliai il piede su di loro. Ho chiesto una stanza diversa, ma l’alternativa non era migliore. Il giorno prima di lasciare ho inviato una denuncia per posta elettronica alle 2:00 e ho ricevuto una chiamata alle 7:00 chiedendomi se volevo trasferire le stanze, quando ho detto no, perché il giorno dopo lasciarono una bottiglia di vino nella stanza. Il portatore Stefan era davvero buono, molto utile e portava i nostri sacchetti. Non mi prenoterei di nuovo questo posto, perché mi sembrava più di un 2* di quello annunciato 4* e non sai cosa ti prende finché non arriva qui. Avete detto questo, non credo che ci vorrebbe molto per rendere questo posto presentabile. E' un buon posto e il letto era buona qualità e confortevole e ho trovato il personale ok.

Stupenda e tipica casa nella parte migliore di Oia. Parcheggio auto al Post Office dove ci si incontra con il mitico Domitros (gentilezza e simpatia unica), una breve passeggiata a piedi e si arriva, nel mio caso, alla Karma House (sono comunque tutte vicine). Terrazzino esterno con tavolino e sedie con vista aperta sulla caldera, all'interno un'esplosione di bianco e azzurro, finiture livello lusso, cura incredibile del dettaglio e pulizia estrema. Prodotti da bagno top e caffé/the/zucchero/olio etc in dispensa. La cura dei dettagli é altissima e davvero si trova TUTTO ciò occorre (dalla doppia tv al set da bagno con ciabatte ed accappatoio, dalla biancheria da letto griffata all'arredo di stile). Salendo attraverso una piccola scala si accede al terrazzo superiore, con vista super panoramica dove, su lettini stracomodi, si può ammirare full view il tramonto sorseggiando un vino rosee gentilmente offerto in frigo. Tutto davvero top. Nota di merito a Domitris, simpatico, smart, facilità di comunicazione su whapp e gentilissimo nel fornire ogni consiglio utile ad Oia e non solo.. seguite i suoi consigli! Super positivo
