前台的服務差到極致，要死不活的。跟前欠她錢一樣，説話做事兒非常沒有耐心，早餐也非常一般，非常糟糕的一次入住經歷。攜程上現在掛的酒店一個比一個差，是完全不審核嗎？是個酒店就放到平台上。

Pezoules of Oia is a very special place. It’s family owned and they pay attention to every detail. We stayed in a most beautiful cave room with an extraordinary view. Breakfast is brought in the morning on your private outdoor patio where there is a private outdoor hot tub strategically placed for looking out over the water. They did something special for my birthday too and we didn’t say anything about that in advance. We picked Pezoules of Oia after meticulous research and looking at all the reviews. The reviews are accurate. One more thing - the location is perfect along the main road with all the shops and restaurants. It can get very busy on that road but it’s quiet and serene in the cave room and patio - you walk down steps from the main road to get to it. Best of both worlds. They also set us up with great restaurant reservations:) I also included a picture of the hotel infinity pool which is shared but we mostly had it to ourselves when we were out there

This is our fifth time staying in Pezoules of Oia, and that should tell you everything you need to know about this majestic place. The location, the ambience, the view, the pool, the breakfast... it is an experience we haven't found anywhere else in the world, and we feel blessed to be able to keep coming back for more! From the moment we step foot in the hotel we get swept by a beautiful wave of pure relaxation. Words can't really describe the feeling. Absolutely phenomenal stay once again; if you know, you know. A unique boutique hotel that manages to still provide an authentic experience of the island and Greek culture in general. We've visited the island before with my wife, but this year we decided to splurge a little bit, and stay in picturesque Oia. It was totally worth it! The room, the view, the location, the staff, and most of all the attention to detail is truly impeccable in this establishment. Beautifully decorated, minimal, but also luxurious, the traditional cave house that we stayed at hit the perfect balance between comfort and high class. The bed mattress was amazing, had some quality shuteye whilst there. Quiet, peaceful, and with all the modern amenities one would ever want, this hotel gets it. We enjoyed our privacy, while at the same time always felt attended to, and cared for by the kind and professional staff. The breakfast served at the private terrace is a memory we will cherish for the whole winter. The daily treat is something we still crave!! Thank you to the whole crew of Pezoules for making our vacation unforgettable!! We will be back!

The location was right in the center of Oia so a fantastic location to see all the famous sights. The hotel is small, only 7 bedrooms and every guest is treated like a VIP. The rooms are large, gorgeous well looked after and very well air conditioned. But the “wow” is the view we had facing the sea on our terrace, it is like nothing I have ever seen before. Literally stunning. Breakfast was delivered to our terrace at our chosen time and was absolutely delicious. They even catered specially to my husband’s dietary restrictions. The staff there were so helpful and friendly. A very big thank you to Maga on reception for all her endless help, advise and booking anything we needed; to Nikos at the pool bar for taking endless photos for us and delivering our delicious breakfast every morning and to Albi for carrying our cases in the extreme heat to the pick up and drop off location.

Our 5-night stay at Pezoules for our honeymoon was nothing short of a dream. We had the Levanta suite, which is at the bottom of this 8-suite hotel, and is the most private and secluded - perfect for honeymooners. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious with a great patio and a nice private hot tub that we loved using every night after the sun went down and it got chilly. Our favourite part of the trip was the staff bringing you the most delicious fresh Greek breakfast every morning to your patio and enjoying it infront of the spectacular view of the Caldera. We also loved the shared infinity pool and bar that the hotel offers - we almost always had it to ourselves since the hotel has such few rooms and guests. The location was amazing, just steps away from the busiest area in Oia, but tucked away off the main street so you have so much more privacy compared to a lot of hotels in Oia. The service was incredible and the lady at the 24-hour front desk was always so helpful booking our dinner reservations and day-time activities and answering our many questions. Thank you Pezoules!! We can't wait to come back!
