Neptune Luxury Suites

My husband and I have been staying at Neptune in Akrotiri for the past week and I had to review before we leave - the team here are incredible. The rooms are gorgeous (exactly as seen in photos), the view of the caldera and the pool are just gorgeous - I could sit out there for weeks and stare at the view! But the team are really what make the difference - Vicky and Georgia are both so professional but easy to talk to, it feels like staying with a couple of fairy godmothers that just want you to have the best time! My husband and I like a very slow paced holiday so we didn’t go on many excursions or anything like that, but anything we did try was exactly what we wanted - and that’s fully due to the team’s knowledge and recommendations. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

What can I say, just spent 8 amazing days at Neptune Luxury Suites and Spa. Based in Akrotiri, it was a great base to explore the island and being far enough away from Fira and Oia, the vibe is laid back and relaxed. Vicky and Georgia are excellent and couldn’t do enough for us, they both made us feel so welcome and valued. They organised car hire and a boat trip, the latter being amazing. Special mention as well to the wonderful Savva who made breakfast every day and hand delivered to our door at 8am on the dot, she also made sure our room was immaculate when we got back each day from exploring. Would recommend this accommodation 100% even for a short stop over, you won’t be disappointed.

We warmly recommend this hotel Neptune . The view from the rooms on the caldera is exceptional .Private pool on a large terrace , large room very clean and well equipped. We also are deeply touched by the people , Vicky at the reception and her colleague in the afternoon are so kind hosts ready to help anytime with such kindness . The lady cleaning the rooms is also so kind and efficient. The situation is perfect in an authentic village far from the crowded touristic ones . Nice little affordable restaurants very near and a small supermarket with all you need . Let’s also mention the good breakfast served every morning in the room .

The communication from booking to end of the stay is very clear and quick. Vicky greeted us with a warm welcome. Our room is clean and details of items included in the room is very well thought off. We stayed for 2 nights and had a very good sleep. The breakfast spread is very good and the heated pool was at the right temperature. I hope to recommend this place to friends and family. The only negative thing to stay about this place is I wished I had allocated more stay days to stay here. Thank you Neptune for a great stay. Chris

Very relaxing stay with fantastic views. Staff excellent. Breakfast served in room each day which was lovely. Short walk into Akrotiri square where there are a great selection of restaurants. Would recommend it Thankyou for a lovely holiday.

I struggled with finding a place to stay for our recent vacation in Santorini. Finally, I found Neptune Luxury Spa Suites, which had great reviews and amazing views. We were thrilled with our stay at Neptune and glad we made this decision. First, accommodation was a Deluxe Spa with outdoor private pool with a Caldera view. The room was reasonably sized for 3 people with a bathroom/sauna. The outdoor pool was fantastic, with a great view of the sea and the caldera. The pool had a jacuzzi and a large patio for viewing or sunbathing. The pace is located in Akrotiri, and hence very quiet and comforting. Of course, this means the pace is a bit far from Thira and Oia, but it is reasonable to use other transportations to get to these places, while you enjoy your quiet and exclusive vacation. Second, the amenities were superb. It starts with a sumptuous breakfast served in your room at a time desired by the guest. They also provide room service with a modest venue, with plenty of options for closely restaurants within walking distance. The place is also close to local area attractions like Akrotiri Archeological Site, red beach and Lost Atlantis experience. The hotel provides ample space for parking if you rent a car/vehicle. The Staff is excellent, pleasant and always available for guest needs. The hospitality staff Johanna and Sophia were outstanding in helping us with our itinerary. This includes transportation, dinner arrangements, catamaran cruises or any other local information, The hotel is small enough and I was impressed that both were always available to answer our questions and needs. It is remarkable that the staff recommends places from personal experiences. In particular, there was a restaurant we were interested in dining, and the staff dined at the restaurant the next day and gave us the feedback and made reservations for us. We find this experience exceptional in every way. In addition, the hotel offers airport pickup and drop off per request. As you can imagine, the summer costs of accommodation in Santorini is not cheap, but our stay at Neptune Luxury Spa and Suites was worth every penny. Overall, we did not have a single unpleasant experience during our stay and I highly recommend this pace for all future tourists.
