Bedspot Hostel

前台大概到5點收工，所以如果知幾時到可以提前同佢地講定時間，佢地會send self check in information 俾你。8人房share有兩個廁格，兩個沖涼位，一個洗手盆。有wifi，有鎖櫃，有床簾，有冷氣，提供風筒，一條毛巾，soap。有common kitchen，有冰箱，有微波爐。工作人員友善，19：00會有一次額外的垃圾桶清潔。 沖涼位少窄，其他一切還好，check in前 或 check out後都可以擺行李係kitchen 到，但是就其他人都可以接觸到，睇個人接唔接受到。

외국인들과 함께 시간을 보낼수 있는 좋은 곳입니다. 특히 옥상에 있는 라운지 뷰가 아주 좋아서 밤에 맥주한잔 하기 딱 좋아요.

All in all no complaints about the hostel. We had a private room upstairs with a bathroom. It was close to the shops and restaurants and next door to a laundromat so that was quite nice. It was properly priced and we'd definitely stay again. There are certainly nicer places on the island but we just wanted some privacy, a comfy bed, and close to the action. This place checked all of the boxes. We hope to be able to come back to visit sometime.

The location is amazing! Couldn't be better. It is the cleanest hostel I even been in my life. The service of the staff is above and beyond! Their suggestions is to make you feel like a local not a tourist. I definitely suggest this hostel for your stay in Santorini. Thank you for your help

I booked stay in this hostel through *********** and selected flexible ( higher price) option which allowed free cancellation up to 5 days prior to arrival date. Unfortunately 3 days prior to arrival I had a death case in my family due to which I had to cancel my trip. Keeping in mind that my reservation at that moment was not refundable, I explained the situation in a message which I sent to hostel and asked for at least partial refund. Hostel just refused it without any explanation and I cancelled as I could not travel anyway and was very stressed due to described circumstances to further discuss the case. A couple of days later I contacted *********** and asked if they could contact the hostel again if they are willing to reconsider their decision and allow partial refund in case they manage to fill the bed on dates which I cancelled ( what I am certain they did as it was high season and increased demand in Santorini). They ignored their message as well and after they were contacted again by *********** they refused to refund a single cent. Even though it was according to the cancellation policy I am very disappointed in complete lack of flexibility and especially the fact that they ignored the messages sent to them. I understand that as a business they need to take care about their revenue but I believe that we could have found a solution with mutual benefit. I do not like writing reviews as this one but, unfortunately, every traveler may sometimes face some extraordinary circumstances which might result in cancelling the trip at last minute, even outside the deadlines set by flexible policies. In such moments some understanding and flexibility from businesses in finding solutions which will be at mutual benefit is highly appreciated. Sadly, bedspot did not show any of those and made the situation even more difficult. After this, I would not consider staying at this place in the future.
