Fate attenzione alle pratiche poco trasparenti di questo resort! Al momento della prenotazione, il sito web del Marriott consente espressamente alle famiglie di prenotare qui. Ciononostante, dopo aver prenotato tutte le altre sistemazioni, compresi i voli low cost, e aver accettato di pagare più di $ 1.750,00 a notte, ricevo un'email a ciel sereno che mi informa che non accettano famiglie (anche se i miei figli hanno 14 e 13 anni). The steps make this an insane place to stay. It's is very very challenging to go down uneven steps. Just not worth staying here. We are a fit couple and did not find the steps to and from the room fun. Steps to get to room, more steps to get to pool, even more to get to breakfast. Then all the way back- just no fun!

I can’t believe there are people complaining about there being steep steps, it’s Santorini… the picturesque, cliff side resorts are in fact on a cliff. Also, the staff takes care of your bags for you, they carry them and they drop them off at your room. I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. Everything was incredible. We came here on our anniversary, and it felt like we were on our honeymoon all over again. To start, the location is perfect. It’s right near the entrance to the walkway in Oia. What this means is it’s very accessible to all the restaurants and shops (and the walkway in Oia is mainly flat until you get closer to the sunset area or down to Ammoudi), yet secluded enough where you don’t hear the crazyyyy hustle and bustle of the downtown area. People come to Oia from other parts of the island for day trips, and tons of people are dropped off by the boat load (literally) from cruise ships since there’s a port. Downtown Oia area gets as crowded is most people warn you about. It’s loud. Walkways get congested with how many people are moving around. That’s why Mystique truly feels like an oasis where you get the best of both worlds of being in Oia but not dealing with large crowds. You don’t hear a single thing. It’s very private and relaxing. Our driver also was able to drop us off right at the hotel entrance, which isn’t the case for other hotels off of the walkway since cars aren’t allowed in the downtown area. Second, the staff are truly top notch. They are so very kind, attentive, and they are super quick to respond to whatever you need. Every time we called for something (such as extra water bottles for the room, etc), they were at our door within minutes. We ordered breakfast to the room most days and we’d eat out on our terrace. By the time we went inside and changed and came back out, the plates disappeared. I swear they know where to be at all times, they are so discrete, it was like everything magically cleaned itsself up as soon as it needed to be. They can book you reservations, excursions, whatever you need. They also went above and beyond for us having status with Marriott and with it being our anniversary. Email them in advance and ask for recommendations! We almost did a catamaran cruise from Viator where the port was on the other side of the island. They recommended one that left out of Ammoudi Bay which was so much closer. Lastly, the hotel is amazing. The caldera views are incredible. Sunrise is something special. We stayed in a wet allure suite (room 45) and in my (biased) opinion I feel like we had one of the best views from our hot tub and we had complete privacy. I was a little nervous about staying in a cave, I thought it might be musty, which wasn’t the case at all. When you pay these prices, you want to feel like every penny is worth it and that’s exactly what we felt during our stay. You get the full luxury experience.

This resort is next to Oia by walking 5-10 minutes along cliff top path. It has fantastic sea view from room built on the cliff. There were two pools in this resort. Don't miss the restaurant located on the top with panoramic sea view. Room was comfortable. Service was professional and efficient.

Mystique is pure magic. Perched on the cliffs of Oia, it offers jaw-dropping caldera views and serene Cycladic design. Our suite’s private terrace was perfect for morning coffee and evening stargazing. The staff were exceptional—attentive without being intrusive—and every meal at Charisma and Lure was unforgettable. The infinity pool feels like it melts into the Aegean. Yes, there are stairs, but every step is worth it for this kind of beauty and peace.

The photos online are not the rooms you get. We booked a suite based on the photos on the website but when we arrived our room didn’t look like the pictures - it was missing a whole area and the rest was smaller than the photos.

Wow!!! Wow!! Wow!! Amazing views, beautiful hotel, and the staff honestly make you feel like you are the most important guest to each person staying there. The rooms are unique and different from each other. Very close to the lively Oia vibe during the day and evenings but private enough to enjoy your own space. We had an amazing view, bottled water constantly being replenished at no cost, the breakfast was fantastic, and again….the staff!! We divided our Santorini stay between 2 luxury hotels and the Mystique is definitely very tough to match.

Only one night but incredible stay. Room was a cave built into the cliffside complete with private spa overlooking the caldera. So relaxing and beautiful. Walking distance to Oi shopping and restaurants. Staff was super helpful in everything, including coordinating rides to Imerovigli and port.

The Mystique Hotel in Oia Santorini is amazing. The service is exceptional. Ilias greeted us and was a great host. Konstantinos was awesome and took care of us by the pool every day. Be prepared to walk up and down steep stairs.The hotel is a strong 10. I would highly recommend it

Received an upgrade to a Mystery Villa with a private pool. The view from our room was stunning. The service was impeccable. We ate dinner at Lure and room service breakfast. Everything was exceptional. Also had a couples massage which was great. Be prepared to walk lots of steps but this is one of the most stunning properties I have ever seen. So unique and beautiful.
