Hotel in zona Sky Costanera, Santiago Del Cile

Friendly helpful staff. Lovely comfortable beds with more luxurious linen than usual. Hot showers. 3 elevators so never any waiting for one. Large continental breakfast (no hot food). Located on street with lots of restaurants. Bank 2 blocks away. Perhaps has soundproofing since there was no noise through the night.

Abbiamo effettuato la prenotazione selezionando l'opzione con le imposte incluse (che è più costoso ) e quando si effettua il check in ci dicono che tale tassa non è IVA, se non la commissione che l'hotel deve pagare alla piattaforma che usiamo per prenotare e al pagato ci hanno prelevato in reception un 19% extra in termini di imposte o IVA di nuovo, lavoro nell'industria alberghiera e è un sinverguenzura che fanno quando pubblicano le camere con “ tasse “ o “ senza tasse “ e poi li prelevano per per la seconda volta, uso questa catena hotel in molti paesi e solo in Cile mi è successo questo. Non prenoto più in Ibis Chile .

Hotel molto bello nel quartiere Providencia, buona connessione alla metropolitana, personale assolutamente utile e buon colazione. Eravamo un gruppo che è arrivato e lasciato in diversi giorni. Ci siamo fermati per una notte ...tra voli. Da sud a nord in questo hotel e poteva depositare il bagaglio, tutto ha funzionato meraviglioso.

Raccomando alle persone che vogliono viaggiare per motivi di lavoro e altri andare a questo Apart Hotel Amistar molto bene situato nel centro di Santiago, nel suo casco storico, accanto al Cerro Huelen o Santa Lucia. Ottimo attenzione, molto buona pulizia e igiene in questi tempi di Covid-19. Con buon personale di lavoro e ottime coordinate di arrivo e uscita da Santiago del Cile, di qualità e tiotalmenet consigliabile Hotel.

Aveva bisogno di una notte prima della nostra crociera. Poiché avevano una navetta aeroportuale e prezzi decenti, abbiamo prenotato una stanza. Prima di tutto il servizio di navetta ha un punto di pick-up interessante in una delle aree di parcheggio. Abbiamo dovuto scappare dai taxi e salire due scalatori per una passeggiata. Non male se seguite le istruzioni che hanno mandato. La zona di attesa è un po' vasta e sarebbe facile perdere il pick-up, ma ho chiamato e è stato raccolto in circa 20 minuti dopo la 12 prenotazione che abbiamo fatto. Non andremo in giro in giro sull'hotel, era, molto eccitante potrebbe essere una parola ok. Per quanto riguarda l'hotel, il personale di ufficio era professionale, utile e ci ha portati in una stanza velocemente. L'hotel era utilizzato per altri passeggeri e lavoratori di crociera, ma ci hanno preso cura rapidamente. Il ristorante era buono ma non grande. Il numero di persone era troppo presto e non erano pronti per i numeri, così diverse tavole sedute dopo che abbiamo lasciato prima di avere anche il pane. L'hotel era pulito e le camere erano molto belle, quindi lo userei di nuovo, ma rifletterei su posti per cena.

This was our second trip to Santiago and to this hotel, we really enjoyed our first trip so decided to stay again. Wasn’t as good as the first stay but the hotel is nice and clean. It has good spaces with a living wall, restaurant and bar area with outside seating. Clean rooms, breakfast was not very inspiring mainly continental with limited hot food offerings. Now for the negatives Diamond member and we didn’t receive a room upgrade which was disappointing as the hotel wasn’t busy and my family who are gold were giving an upgrade we checked in at the same time (us first). Terrible room keys had to have them changed 3 times as they stopped working and reception staff didn’t seem too concerned about the inconvenience. On checkout I asked to pay with part cash I was told that this couldn’t be done due to taxes, which I’ve never experienced in the past at any Hilton, Felt that Daniel was very unhelpful and didn’t seem to really want let me pay with any cash as it wasn’t convenient for him. Shower temperature is impossible to get right either too hot or too cold.

The place is amazing to look at, modern arty styles, lighting, graphics, attention to detail. Complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. fully functional kitchen, iron, hairdryer, big TV, toiletries, table and chairs in the studio standard room. My room had a Balcony but onlly with a view of the office building opposite, and partially of the street to the left. Nice rooftop pool, cold water but nice and refreshing in summer, and the view is INCREDIBLE! Views of the Andes mountains and city buildings. Area is close to everything, walkable to most places including some hiking trails, and only 4-5 euros/dollars Uber to the city centre. Staff were young, friendly, helpful and spoke good English. They gave me a map with information on where to go. Buffet beakfast was really nice with fresh juices, fresh fruit and a selection of other foods. Breakfast was in the adjoining Portuguese restaurant which has some great food and not too expensive either. The lifts and toilets were beautifully scented, and smelt great! The hotel price is very affordable and very reasonable for what you get, the location, the pool etc. The catering staff in the restaurant were all very professional and helpful. Disliked · You need a credit card to hold the room and as a deposit and my debit cards and even a credit card were all declined which left me panicking when I got an email saying that the reservation would be cancelled. I emailed lots of times but got no reply until the last minute where I was told that they would hold the room for me. I drew out cash on arrival to use as a deposit and had it returned when I checked out. Unfortunately, there are no recycling facilities at the hotel, but when I asked at reception they offered to take my recycling for me. The AC machines are quite noisy so I ended up not using it, but only the fan. There is no balcony furniture at all and you're not allowed to take any to use from inside. The scrambled egg was a little undercooked for me but when I asked, they'd always cook it a bit more for me. If you need assistance from the rooftop pool area on level 12, there's no telephone to contact reception. Despite all this I'd still highly recommend this hotel 100%!

The warmest of welcome from a great team at Ugo Hotel. The hotel is well placed in a nice area. It was modern, very light, airy and clean. Our room (334) was on the third floor facing towards what looked like residential apartments. Our only wish was that our view hadn’t been slightly obscured by a wall to another part of the hotel. The reception / lobby / bar was a good place to sit. The main light hanging above made a statement. The room itself whilst not the biggest had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (3 night) during our tour. There were two big, very comfortable beds. This combined with the pillows supplied led to 3 good nights sleep. The second bed was great for laying clothes out and packing ‘ unpacking. The WC / Shower were in the ensuite with the washbasin just outside in an area divided from the bed space by a divider and hanging space. The shower was very good although some might find the floor slippy. There wasn’t a plug in the sink (by design). This was the moment we remembered the travel plug had been left at home. This was an inconvenience when shaving and meant that more water was used than might have been had there been one. We pointed this out as a water saving idea at reception who welcomed the positive feedback. There was good air-conditioning but like most you need to leave one of the key cards in if you want it to continue working when you go out. That said from an energy saving point of view it didn’t take long to cool the room down once we returned. We did turn the AC down at night as like most installations the noise can be a bit of a pain when trying to sleep. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and a nice looking bar with a fantastic team. Not everyone spoke English but we didn’t speak any Spanish but we got by just fine. We had some great Chilean wine and loved the Pisco Sour. Thanks to Laos Silizar for giving me his recipe. There is an enclosed garden area at the back close to the bar with a variety of seating among greenery and to one end a pool. The lifts were quick and we never had to wait more than a few seconds for one. There were two ice cream shops within seconds of the main entrance and a number of nice restaurants. The tallest building in Latin America Sky Costanera was only about a 10 minute walk away. By virtue of its height it has the highest viewing platform in Santiago, from where the 360 degree panoramic view from the 61st and 62nd floors including The Andes is exceptional. Beneath this is a very big shopping centre containing many restaurants of all sorts. We went our for a walk each evening in the direction of the adjoining residential. There were some nice apartment blocks / homes. The area was well lit and felt safe. To summarise we enjoyed staying at Ugo Hotel very much. All of the staff were fantastic. Postscript: Having left Santiago to visit Atacama we returned to Santiago and had a night in an airport hotel before flying home. Rather than stay within the conf

L'hotel era accogliente e ha una bella decorazione. La stanza era pulita e aveva tutte le attrezzature necessarie. Mi piaceva assolutamente il letto! Era super comodo. La posizione è un quartiere residenziale, lo apprezziamo perché non volevamo alcun rumore urbano. Il colazione è stato portato in camera, è stato vario e ci piaceva, e il personale è stato gentile e ci ha aiutato quando abbiamo avuto qualche domanda. Non si deve dimenticare che non ci sono molti ristoranti, bar e così vicino, ma la zona è bello andare a piedi. In generale, una buona esperienza.
