Grande hotel un poco impersonale situato nella parte nuova di Santarem. Il personale corretto. Le camere abbastanza grandi e comode. la cosa migliore la colazione davvero abbondante e variata, tipo buffet. Possibile parcheggiare davanti all'hotel.

Dall’esterno è promettente; per essere un tre stelle, si rivela come un ostello. Letto tipo brandina, arredamento essenzialissimo. Servizio e accoglienza inesistenti. Santarem, poi, offre pochissimo… consiglio di pernottare altrove.

This is a great little hotel in a great location. The staff are superb, each and everyone could not be more helpful and cheery, a great service culture. The room is spotless, bathroom with bath for camino walkers, twin beds, basic but comfortable. Great service. Recommended.

Has all necessities, plenty hot water ,clean bed linnen , good airco.
Clean room. Cheap until the pope arrived ,priced doubled !!??

I do not understand why there are so many negative reviews about this hotel. The hotel is located at the centre of the town. You can walk to anywhere. There is free car park. The room is big, clean and comfortable. There is cable tv. The bathroom is sufficient. Breakfast is enough. Staff was very friendly and helpful about everything. For budget and quality wise, this is a great match for solo business travellers like me.

This was a fine place to stay. It was a little out of the core area of the city and required some hill climbing or a 6€ cab fare into the old town, and a longer ride to the train station. However, this hotel offered a more competitive room price to make up for the less convenient location.

A good little hotel located at the edge of the city. Clean and tidy room with a decent bathroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Free parking and free WiFi. The centre of town is a 20 minute walk away. Friends staff and logical COVID measures.

It was a lovely hotel, with dining options close by (check out the restaurant XPTO next door -- delicious and friendly). The hotel breakfast was also really nice. The beds were a little stiff and old, but it didn't bother us. The room was very clean and comfortable.
