Quite old and expensive but close to restaurants and sites.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación en la ciudad y es agradable. El trato de personal cercano, amable y dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno de Buffet cuenta con mucha variedad.

Buena ubicación, habitaciones de dos camas muy amplias.

Situato a qualche centinaia di metri dal centro città. Personale alla reception molto cordiale, ospitale e disponibile. Posteggio disponibile in loco. La camera era un po`piccola ma con una terrazza esterna. Il livello di pulizia non eccezionalmente curato nei dettagli.

Bel hotel (d'altra parte la catena non tradisce) in buona posizione a Santander. Camere pulite e spaziose, personale accogliente e disponibile, parcheggio privato a pagamento molto comodo (se pieno ce ne è uno molto vicino), ottima colazione e buffet. Consigliato!

Hotel in posizione centrale e con possibilità di parcheggiare a pagamento l'auto nel cortile interno . Dall' hotel si raggiunge a piedi il centro e comodamente si ci può spostare verso il Palazzo della Magdalena o verso il faro di Cabo Mayor.

A 15 minute walk away from the centre. Some of which is uphill. But in a quiet area. Lots of restaurants nearby. When I booked, I asked for a room at the back and away from the lifts. That is exactly what I got. Not every hotel cares enough to meet customers' requests. Check in was smooth. Receptionists are friendly. Carla indulged my Spanish. The room, 318, is a decent size and was spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. (My only quibble: as I get older I notice the absence of grab-rails for over-bath showers.) There is a small safe (big enough for iPads but not for a laptop). There was a fridge too. And a Nespresso machine. The bed was very comfortable with crisp clean linen. We got a very good night's sleep. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, staff were all helpful and polite. Room was on the small side but enough for the 3 nights we stayed.

Like all NH hotels you get quality and consistency in staff. The receptionist was excellent and made us feel very welcome. We parked in their car park round the back, but unfortunately it didn’t connect to the hotel. The room was comfortable and well appointed, though a kettle would have been nice.

We have stayed numerous times at this hotel on our return to the UK by ferry....the hotel is always clean with good twin rooms and ensuite; the rooms may not be the most spacious, but very acceptable for an overnight stay. Very friendly reception staff and car parking both open and closed but under surveillance. Close to some restaurants and bars and a 10 minute walk to the main shops alongside the sea. Pet friendly. Breakfast is good. Charges apply to parking and pets!

Stayed here for 4 nights for our 40th wedding anniversary. Staff very friendly and helpful. We got some chocolates and fizz in our room on first night and a lovely anniversary message. Hotel in an ideal location to explore. We did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on that. Thank you for our lovely anniversary stay.

Very clean hotel in a very good location for restaurants, bars and access to all areas of this very walkable city. All members of staff that I came across were very helpful, friendly and fortunately for us they spoke good English. We did not eat or use the bar and so cannot comment. Would definitely return.
