Perfect hotel. We love the room and service is wonderful.

希望大家不要踩雷，五六千的房間跟快捷酒店品質一樣，平台訊息跟實際情況嚴重不符

沒得説，設計感絕，挑不出一點毛病。大堂、房間內材質和單品質感都在線，可惜公共區域人太太太多了，上午11點咖啡區甚至找不到空的座位。當地人都來這兒社交，拍照會非常尷尬，無法拿起手機。

以價格來說房間非常小，的確Kelly Westlar的設計非常美每個細節都充滿了用心，但更多體會在公共區域與餐廳，建議可以去用餐體驗下設計師的功力，住個人覺得沒什麼必要

離Santa Monica Beach非常近，很適合出片的場景！服務非常周到，強烈推薦！非常多celebrities會去酒店附近！

都不滿意，比海邊那一家差一些。人太多了，熙熙攘攘的菜市場

Hotel carino, ben frequentato, spazi comuni molto ben curati. Purtroppo la qualità del cibo e il servizio ristorante non sono a livello dell'hotel. Da notare che la Spa è in un edificio esterno. Gradevolissimi bar, sia interno chd esterni

Stayed in a room that had an outdoor corridor - front door was warped (wood peeing off on bottom of door). Door also needed to be pulled hard for it to shut tight. No slippers were provided. Nice having a coffee machine but no tea was offered. Staff at front desk seemed very young and not as experienced as I was expecting from a 5 star hotel. Unlikely to stay there again

We travel quite a bit and I think this might be the best hotel we've stayed in in the US Very friendly and attentive staff, tons of amenities in the room, great location, and the food at the restaurant on the rooftop was excellent as well.

It is very unpleasant to stay here. Considering the price, it isn't valuable to stay in. They charged many different taxes in addition the hotel charged $40 per night for the amenities although we didn't used any amenities. The room wasn't spacious. The layout was uncomfortable.While we stayed the hotel there was their union strike for days from 7am to 8pm. It was unbearably noisy.
