Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Santa Cruz de Tenerife

Un ottimo soggiorno nel complesso! Il personale era cordiale e attento! Le camere erano moderne, pulite e spaziose. L'unico aspetto negativo era l'insolita finestra e il rumore proveniente dal tetto! Un ottimo soggiorno nel complesso!

This hotel was poor value for the 500 euros I paid as a treat for my wife for a four-night stay, with no meals provided in this cost. I booked a junior suite which stated that there was a lounge and bathtub, together with several extras. Bathtub was a standard bath. The lounge area was in a dark area in the middle of the suite with the bedroom next to the windows over what was a noisily street with four cafes below. The TV was in the bedroom not in the lounge, however not any good to us, as it was the first hotel I have been to in Europe where all the channels on TV were in the language of that country. The WI-Fi would only connect to two devices rendering our tablets useless, despite trying to close the link with our phones and trying to connect our tablets. The extras turned out to be a cup and saucer each in the room where we would have to walk 50 metres to get our free coffee or tea and water from machines and no fresh milk. The other extras were not very nice tasting apples, and the free pastries were small pre packaged single muffins and a single prepacked biscuit. We never had the breakfast as we thought the charge of 16 euros each was a bit expensive, especially when you could get a reasonable breakfast just outside the hotel for under half that price. The clothes hangers were not fit for purpose, if two items were hang on them the leather made hook could not take the weight and would fall to the floor. On the plus side the suite was kept clean and the bathroom door that would not close was mended promptly. The hotel is near shops, but about a 20 minute walk away from the Old Town. As mentioned earlier this hotel was not any way near value for money and a poor start to our 16-day holiday in Tenerife. Thankfully the other two hotels we used were much better where we were full board for about 20 euros a night extra for the two of us compared with the price we paid for the Silken.

In generale un hotel 10! La posizione centrale è complicata parcheggio, si consiglia di prenotare per 8€/giorno una stazione di parcheggio. La colazione è certamente il migliore e il personale molto piacevole.

L'hotel si trova nel quartiere art deco di Santa cruz, un quartiere molto bello e a 4 passi dal parco Garcia Sanabria. La struttura e' molto bella e l'entrata con il bar con un ambiente elegante e molto sobrio. Le stanze con dimensioni amplie e molto luminose, chissà i mobili un po disconnessi dal contesto e da cambiare pero la qualità del sonno molto buona: l'unica pecca per cui non do 5 stelle e' la rumorosità del traffico esterno (gli infissi e le finestre non sono spesse e quindi si ascolta tutto) e a partire dalle 6 anche i canarini. Staff eccellente, molto professionale e friendly: Eneko e Sabrina grandissimi lavoratori e gentilissimi in tutti i momenti, lo staff in generale sempre pronto a dare risposte e soluzioni. La colazione molto ricca e completa, davvero si trova di tutto e di gran qualita. Il ristorante Jarana all'interno del ristorante propone piatti rivisitati e unici. Un esperienza davvero positiva. L'hotel ha una bellissima piscina e un garage interno (a pagamento) che completano l'esperienza positiva. Il wifi sempre accessibile pero forse un poco lento, tutto il resto molto soddisfatto. Direi un hotel di riferimento a santa cruz. Grazie!

Urban hotel with all the pros and cons of it's location Cons: Doesn't matter the floor or facing what you get noise: elevator, the tram (right in front of hotel), the own bar (roof and street level), the people from the nearby bars... There is just no escape. NOTE: we stayed there as a working crew so this comes from all types of rooms options available. Pros: Staff is lovely Cool/Instagramable lobby Locations is good if you don't mind noise Wouldn't choose to stay here unless I was looking to party myself

Non potevi difettare questo hotel. Moderno centrale con buon personale e camere moderne di prova del rumore con frigorifero sicuro, decente dimensioni per acqua complimentare più le tue forniture. La doccia era probabilmente il più potente che abbia mai avuto. La camera da bagno era un po' piccola. Il letto era enorme e confortevole e c'era un telefono wireless su entrambi i lati. Su la parte superiore c'era una piscina al tetto e un bar che è una vera caratteristica. Ho fatto un giro nella piscina anche se era congelato. Bella posizione e guardare le navi da crociera. Il bar al tetto è stato correto indipendentemente dall'hotel, quindi non c'è alcun costo alla stanza. Le bevande erano ragionevoli. Il WiFi ha funzionato bene in tutto. Il hotel non ha mangiato, ma poteva prenotare colazione per 15 € ciascuno.

Se pensi che muoverti a piedi sia più pratico, questo appartamento di Santa Cruz di Tenerife fa proprio al caso tuo. Ti troverai infatti a 3 minuti da Centro de Fotografia e con una passeggiata di 15 minuti potrai arrivare a IES Virgen of Candelaria. Questo appartamento si trova a 17,7 km da Spiaggia Teresitas e 1,6 km da University Hospital Our Lady of Candelaria.Avrai a disposizione una terrazza da dove ammirare il paesaggio, nonché il Wi-Fi gratuito.Il un parcheggio con posti limitati è disponibile in loco.Questo complesso di appartamenti è elegante e accogliente al tempo stesso.

Bella struttura d’epoca in ottima posizione davanti al parco principale di Santa Cruz. Camera non grande, ma dotata di due ampie finestre e terrazzino e bella vista mare. Purtroppo un po’ rumorosa a causa della strada sottostante nonostante fosse al quarto piano. Colazione non adeguata per un hotel 5 stelle, poca varietà specialmente per quanto riguarda il dolce. Apprezzabile invece la disponibilità di spremute di arance fresche. Deludente la location dei tavoli esterni per la colazione, zona umida e fredda. Personale non proprio adeguato, sia alla reception, sia al bar serale. Elementi scaldanti a gas malfunzionanti, servizio più adatto ad un hotel tre stelle, ma prezzi da 5 stelle. Si potrebbe migliorare e anche tanto!

Ho soggiornato una settimana in questo albergo per motivi di lavoro e devo dire che sono stato davvero bene. La posizione era ottima. Centrale, a due passi dall'albergo dove avevamo gli incontri di lavoro e a 5-6 minuti da tutte le principali piazze del centro. La pulizia delle camere era perfetta e lo staff in portineria efficiente, gentile e disponibile. Il letto andava bene ed era comodo e il bagno ottimo! La colazione era rispettosa delle normative anti-covid e tutto il cibo era di qualità.Poche cose a dire il vero non mi sono piaciute di questa struttura. Solo piccole cose che sono assolutamente migliorabili. Per esempio, il letto della camera era composto da due letti uniti, e fin qui nessun problema. Però poi le coperte non erano ”tra” i due letti ma chiudevano singolarmente ognuno dei due letti. Il letto matrimoniale me lo aspettavo con unico materasso e uniche lenzuola etc... La colazione era ottima, soltanto non ho trovato marmellate senza zucchero e qualche volta, a seconda dell'ora in cui arrivavi, non trovavi la frutta.

My room was grubby, basic, noisey from the machines outside and unclean. Hairs in the bathroom, eyelash on the sink and dirt in bottom of the glasses. The room bared no resemblance to the rooms on the website. The only positive was the location.
