Hotel in zona Montaña de Cogote, Province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife

L'hotel è molto consigliabile, è in un piacevole vecchio edificio che è stato guardato bene, con lucidi lavori di legno ovunque e generosamente proporzionate camere da letto (e vaste camere pubbliche). Tuttavia, sarebbe sbagliato suggerire che tutto è vecchio stile: la TV era hi-spec e il wifi funzionava molto bene, anche il colazione era eccellente, con una grande scelta. In generale, è probabilmente il migliore dei quattro posti che abbiamo soggiornato durante una recente visita a Tenerife. Molto raccomandato.

Sette volte all’ hard Rock anche se restiamo più giorni a Tenerife, immancabile soggiornare qualche giorno in questo splendido hotel. Camere pulitissime e profumate, personale gentilissimo. In particolare ringrazio Jason Alvarez Martinez il guest relation sempre attento ad ogni esigenza e sempre gentilissimo! Ingrid e Miguel alla reception molto disponibili , consiglio l’aperitivo al 16esimo piano al tramonto dove c’è ad aspettarvi la gentilissima Alessia. Al ristorante session troverete una colazione molto abbondante e se decidete di cenare anche li non ve ne pentirete. Ringrazio i camerieri Vittorio e Karina. Le docce di cortesia veramente utili se avete l’aereo dopo il check out e non avete la camera a disposizione. Ci rivediamo presto!!!

Siamo stati recentemente in questo hotel per un viaggio di piacere a Tenerife. La mia valutazione è eccellente. Camera molto spaziosa, pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort con un terrazzo grande provvisto di sedie e tavolino. Il bagno molto spazioso con doccia in una nicchia rivestita da ceramiche/azulejos. Colazione e cena molto varia: offre vari menù per tutti i tipi di dieta e palati. Gli spazi esterni molto curati, dalle piscine alle aiuole con piante di banano. Vi è uno spazio dedicato ai più piccoli con scivoli e piscina. Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Un grande parcheggio interno gratuito. L’hotel è fronte mare ma non dispone di una spiaggia privata.

Overall, we would give this hotel 3 stars. The lobby is beautiful, the pool areas and gardens are too. The staff are without exception very friendly and welcoming. The location, about 1-1.5 miles from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz suited us and we like walking. The main negative is that although the food at breakfast and dinner is varied and plentiful, any hot food is mostly lukewarm. There seems to be some issue with the method of keeping the food hot as it’s all a buffet system. Other hotels seem to be able to keep food hot but here it isn’t which spoils it. The lighting in the dining room is also very bright and so in the evening it feels a bit like being in a canteen, not a restaurant. Our room, facing the garden was large, clean and had everything we needed although it’s surprising how dated it was, comparing it to the lobby and bar, it needs refurbishing. In contrast to the dining room, the lighting in here was very poor, no central light existed. We did have some trouble with the lift cards, as did many others and this does need rectifying. We also had an issue with the pre-payment special offer with drinks at dinner where we were given the wrong information by two staff members which resulted in our bill being higher than expected on departure although we were given a free drink in compensation. As the hotel only appeared to be maybe a third to half full, the guy who tried to put some evening entertainment on seemed to be fighting a losing battle and it was very quiet which wouldn’t suit everyone.

Hotel ristrutturato recentemente, moderno, pulitissimo. Due piscine all'ultimo piano. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Cucina internazionale, buona, abbondante e varia. Servizio a buffet. Camera con letto molto grande, alla francese, comodissimo. Le camere sul lato ingresso hotel sono un pò rumorose, a causa della strada sottostante. Spiaggia con sabbia nera a 10 minuti a piedi.

Appartamento con una camera da letto molto confortevole, con balcone e tavolo, tavolo all'interno, cucina completamente attrezzata. Pulizie fatte quasi quotidianamente. Molto pulito, personale molto gentile, compresa la reception. Eravamo accanto al ristorante al piano terra, quindi un po' di rumore la sera, ma accanto per godersi l'intrattenimento. Il residence è ben posizionato per muoversi in città a piedi, auto parcheggiata all'esterno massimo 5 minuti nelle vie adiacenti. lo staff spiega anche come arrivarci... Molto soddisfatto del nostro soggiorno.

Siamo state in questo hotel più o meno 15 giorni, hotel di “facciata “ molto bello, posizione eccellente con vista mare. Le uniche cose spiacevoli sono la mancanza del frigo bar in stanza e purtroppo la pulizia della camera , in tutta la durata del soggiorno non è mai stato pulito il bidet e ne sono certa perché c era un capello sul bordo che non è mai stato tolto , addirittura ho buttato un asciugamano dentro per far sì che fosse pulito , invece nulla e non è stato messo nemmeno l’asciugamano di ricambio, altro episodio , patatine per terra fuori sul terrazzo , sono rimaste lì una settimana e poi altra cosa importante lo spazzolone del water, non esiste che non ci sia ! Per il resto colazione abbondante e cena ottima tutto a buffet, la maggior parte del personale gentile e sempre con il sorriso

This hotel is excellent we loved every part of it. Stayed in room 620 ideal for reception/pool (level 7) and restaurant (level five) the hotel is spotless the staff are excellent and the sound of the sea each evening is soothing. Tips The hotel is a bit of a distance to the main town it’s very hilly and we only went down once you can walk a kind of cliff path but it’s full of stairs which after a while kills you and gets very tedious. Go out of the hotel walk to the top road go right and you will see a walkway with steps follow them down (they are called the Agatha Christie steps as there is a statue as she had a house there each step has a book title on them) just keep following the road down to the sea front loads of shops and restaurants plus the lido ( which is due to open soon) you can either walk back or get a taxi (4/5 euros) we didn’t bother going again as the Main Street above the hotel had many bar’s restaurants and shops very reasonable priced excellent service not much of a party time if you like that kind of thing down town will be better for you. Food Breakfast is amazing plenty of choice and easy to get through Evening meal got board quickly so used only a couple of times drinks expensive and didn’t approve they charged for water you pay for drinks on the way out or you can charge money to your room and top up when it runs out we preferred to pay as we go drinks wise we preferred to eat out and give to local family business etc. The pool The rule is no personal towels you need to hire them from reception ten euros (refundable with receipt) to change for fresh one one euro exchange but we found we could use both our own and the hotels the reason they like you to use them to show that you are staying there and haven’t sneaked in. The bar is good very professional service. The room Lovely views over the sea the bathroom has been the best I have ever had abroad lives the multi shower lights and the screen window trick great fun to play with tv is crap so we always take a fire stick power lead and remote control Wi-Fi is very good the codes allow two devices per ticket but you can have as many as you like we had three tablets two phones and a fire stick don’t forget to put in the code for your fire stick to make it work you might not get every thing you get at home but it’s better than the tv without it We booked with jet2 excellent transfers etc the excursions we booked was the body trip up the side of the island we managed to see whales and dolphins I do warn it will be a long day 11.45 we left and didn’t get back until eight pm if you don’t like rough conditions sea wise this trip might not be for you as four plus hours on a boat feeling sea sick isn’t much fun there is chance to swim off the boat the food was a bit naff not to everyone’s taste take a jumper it can start to get cold. Le strutture di supporto sono complete e molto convenienti. Oltre ad essere lontano dalla spiaggia, tutto il resto è fantastico! C'è un'area di intrattenimento per bambini e c'è un piccolo supermercato al piano di sotto. È anche molto comodo chiamare un'auto e l'atteggiamento del personale è fantastico!
